Introduction: As a helper on Meep I have enjoyed getting to know more people and them getting to know me. For those of you who do not know me my irl name is Jessie. I have been happily married for 11 years and we have 4 beautiful children, Dylan (11), Dakota (9), Dawsyn (5), and Destiny (2). As you can see my kids names all start with a D, hence the Jess_4Ds.
Being a stay at home mom allows me to do the stuff enjoy most. I play on meep because I enjoy minecraft and the meep community. I also spend a lot of time with my kids and enjoy watching 3 other kids ages 1 and two 2 year olds. So although I am logged into meep a majority of the day I may not be at my keyboard. I go back and forth all day between my irl responsibilities and my meep responsibilities.
Before deciding to be a stay at home mom I worked. I have had a few different types of jobs like waitressing, taxidermy, road construction, I've held supervisor and management positions, as well as worked with people with mental and physical disabilities.
Aside from playing on meep and babysitting I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, camping, fishing, hunting, swimming, skiing, and just about any other outdoor activity.

Why you should be Mod? I do enjoy being helper on meep but I believe there is more I can do. I feel like I should be doing more to help meep. I feel like I am ready to climb the next step in the staff ladder. Here are some reasons I feel I could benefit the server by being a mod.
Honesty - I am a very honest person. I know that being honest is the best approach to just about any situation even when it is not wanted. Honesty helps people grow and change for the better, as if you are not aware of what you are doing wrong you are unaware of what needs to be changed.
Fair - I always try to be fair, I know that life is not fair but I will always listen to both sides of a story before coming to a conclusion.
Trustworthy - I don't break rules for anyone at any time and I expect others to do the same. I also do not abuse any powers as it is not fair to others and not needed.
Helpful - As you probably noticed I do everything I can to help in any situation.
Friendly - I think I am pretty easy to get along with. I try to respect everyone no matter what. I truly believe that you should treat others the way you would like to be treated. I know I don't want to be disrespected and treated poorly so I don't treat others that way. Plus a good deed goes a long way.
Experienced - Through my previous work history,including babysitting, I have gained a ton of experience. I have experience in leading people, training others, dealing with all types of personalities, working with others, and much more. I have some experience with minecraft plugins, although I am no genius with them, as I used to own my own server.
Patient - I have 4 kids and babysit, I have a ton of patience.
Teamwork - I work well with others, in fact I think I work better with others than on my own. I welcome new ideas as well as constructive criticism, as it opens up more ideas in my mind.
Mature - I am 37 years old with 4 kids who need to be taught, lead, disciplined, and most of all loved. I do like to joke around and have fun or I would not be playing on meep or any other minecraft server. But I also know boundaries and where to draw the line. I know that my age does not automatically make me mature but trust me I am.

Overall I feel that I have the right qualities to be a great mod and think I can be a great addition to the staff team.

What are your weaknesses? My helpful nature can be one of my biggest weaknesses. There are times when I help others and put myself in a situation I should not be in. I would love to help everyone all the time but the reality is that I can't.
I am not the best at delegating. This is something I try very hard to get over. I prefer to do things myself to know they are done correctly (or my way). I have to stop back at time and remind myself that there is more than one way to do things and that I can't do everything myself.
Sometimes I can get kind of defensive. Especially if I feel attacked, degraded, or judged incorrectly.
I don't really like confrontation but I deal with it.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I know I have not been helper for very long and completely understand if this is too soon, ty for your time.

Age doesnt matter to me, and I hope the staff don't promote you because you're 37.

You're incredibly nice, active, dedicated, and great for the server. What I admire most about you is how you handled the situation with @Cheese on your profile. You didn't deserve that at all, and you were just doing your job. But you just asked him to leave politely, and even though he posted like 5 more times on your profile, you just ignored them and went on. Not a lot of people could do that, and I believe with that quality (and many, many others), you will be an excellent moderator.

Whenever I talk with you I feel like I've known you since I was born. You can carry on a conversation like it's nothing. You are very active as well.
