Introduction: Hello, I am Julian (iiTzJDL) from Arizona. I am currently 14 years old living in an every day modern house. I'm pretty much a reserved person in general, unlike on the internet. I don't usually hang out with friends because I am always on this server or any other thing on my laptop. I am a B+ average student in high school right now, and I believe that is an accomplishment, since my teachers are pretty demanding. At home, I have a younger sister and two parents and two dogs. Outside of my home, I have an older brother living in an apartment with his girlfriend. We aren't like your every day family when you visit us, we're pretty weird. That pretty much sums up me.

Why should you be Helper? Tomorrow (10/28/15) is my 38 month anniversary of being on this server, so I'm pretty familiar with commands and rules and all of those. I don't really like moderating without a staff rank, because I usually end up being labeled as "kiss-up" or "helper wannabe". But it doesn't really matter what I am called, as long as I do the job correctly. You usually see me today as someone helping people with commands, not to do this and that, and other forms of assisting. I really do enjoy assisting all players, even though a lot of people say that on their apps.

I enjoy helping on the server so new players can have a more pleasurable experience on the server. Even though they ask the question more than once and they don't pay attention to my response, I still enjoy it.

There are some players that are quite a nuisance to the server, and I find them irritating. They're pretty much dealt with before I /modreq or file a report on here. If I do become Helper and I encounter them I will deal with them ASAP and give out the correct punishments to make sure they learn their lesson.

I really do feel I can handle this position, even though I have to struggle with high school first. I have a lot of reference so they believe in me too. Even if this app ends up in the "Denied" section, I will still enjoy assisting everyone, even without a special rank.

This pretty much sums up my "Why". It may seem short, but it's pretty much all I can say.

What are your weaknesses? School - As I said before, my teachers are pretty demanding. Homework from all my classes can strain my activity and this is a major part of being staff.

Immaturity - I like to joke around every once in a while, and sometimes I feel it gets a bit excessive. I'm trying to limit this so I don't look unprofessional.

Rudeness - Yes, I have been rude to people on the server in the past. I would just like to apologize to anyone I have hurt in any way. I am not apologizing because I am applying for this position, I am doing it because I felt responsible and I need to fess up.

I will give this app a +1 for several reasons. I do see that you engage in the community a lot, which is a huge swing for me with any player applying for staff! I see you help others and you handle many situations very well. I thought the app could be a bit better, but everybody has their flaws - It would have been better if you also spoke about your life on MeepCraft, along with the real life you spoke about. I don't know personally what your activity on Team Speak is because I rarely pay attention to who is on Team Speak if they are out of the channel I'm in, so I can't really judge you on that. Finally, you clearly prove to have much experience with the server's rules, commands, and the life on MeepCraft, with your assistance in shout, and the fact that you're an 'oldie'. These are the reasons I give this application a +1!

+1. When I first came onto the server as a noob, you were quiet rude and I could've never seen you as staff. But now I've gotten to know you, you are super nice and friendly and also helpful! I can see you fitting well on the team. You are active in all parts of the server which is great too!

You've been very rude and mean in the past. When you were denied for staff and Iate got staff, you went insane. But, you've been really improving lately. You haven't been trying too hard, but you haven't been trying to a minimum, so that pleases me. I feel that you are capable enough to hold a staff position, and I feel you would be a great addition to the staff team.

Hi iiTzJDL! I think you're definitely fit for this position for many reasons.
You're active, and I can see in chat that you're just about online at any time.
You're friendly, and you know when the line is crossed and are not easily fooled (unlike me).
You are mature and a really positive member of the community.
You can make things popular (Like at XYZ 0,0,0 in the wild place that I tpa'ed you to that got blown up but whatever) (Personal thought )
You're chill and you don't seem to get mad too easily.
Definitely a +1 from me.
But there's a tiny, tiny, microscopic thing that hinders me a little bit. It's incredibly small. Being helper, according to you, would mean that you would get to ban anyone as soon as you see them as a nuisance to the community. As much as it is the right thing to do most of the time, you need to be careful that you don't ban them immediately unless absolutely necessary. This section of the "Why" was longer than the section directly above it, but both parts were fairly short, so it can be hard to judge because of that. Other else than this, I see no reason why you shouldn't become helper. Good luck!

You are very capable for staff. When I was a citizen and I started my own town, you left your town and joined mine. You were the one who made my town successful and I kid you not it would've fallen the second day without you. You are funny, but can sometimes be rude. Over the course of the summer I have seen you change a whole lot, not just immaturity wise but also really helpful. +1 all the way, good luck!
