When did you join Meepcraft? March of 2015

Introduction: Hi I prefer for safety reasons to not use my real name but I have been banned for a few things but those reasons were either what I didn't know was a rule or was very young in the server

Why should you be Helper? I want to be able to be a better person on the server. I want to be the person who people look up to. I want to be able to show people how to do things and resolve problems

What are your weaknesses? Spending all my money in one place

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I will make sure that I fully read the rules Front to back and if I get accepted I will make sure to be on meepcraft way more often. I am able to be on often because of my short school witch is about 2 to 4 hours long

 

You need Teamspeak to be staff. Will you be able to download Teamspeak?

You don't introduce yourself at all here. Tell us about you, your likes, dislikes, hobbies, etc.

You can do this all as a normal player. In this section you want to include why staff should accept you and what makes you stand out. Tell us why you would benefit the server by being on the staff team, because your why is just telling us that you just want the tag and you want helper for yourself, not that you care about the server.

So your weakness is irresponsibility. Spending all your money in one place really shouldn't affect you as staff, but irresponsibility can. How do you plan on fixing your weakness? Also, do you have any other weaknesses? Because everyone has more than one weakness.

You should have already read the rules fully before applying for helper. As a normal player on the server you should know most, if not all, the rules.

Overall, you are not ready for staff at this time, and you have a lot of things to work on before you are.

First of all,
-I have never seen you before or heard of you.
-App way too short for the set standard.
-No TS.

Try and develop your answers instead of a one line answer.

Get involved in shout so people get to know you a bit more.

-1 from me, maybe reapply in a couple of weeks if you improve your activity on TS and improve you application.

Your intro basically said you didn't want to say anything personal. I don't even know who you are, and the one thing that gets on my nerves is when people applying put in their intro anything about Minecraft. Please don't be any of those people.

I'm going to have to give a -1 for these reasons:
I don't see you online as you say you are. If you are online 12 - 13 hours each day, that may be a little too much.
I think you may be a little too immature for the position
Now lets talk about your application. Your introduction should tell us more! You don't have to say your name, but tell us about your outside life, like what sports you like to play, your favorite subject, so we can get to know you. All I see in your "Why should you be Helper?" section is that you want to be a better person and help. Everyone wants to do that, what makes you different?
Your weakness isn't really a weakness. We're talking about weaknesses that are going to effect your Meepcraft time in being a staff member.

Above all, you don't have teamspeak. TeamSpeak is REQUIRED for staff and is used for all staff meetings, including your interview. The interview is a time when you go into a TeamSpeak channel and talk, over your microphone, to staff members who ask you questions.

ok thank you for the reviews first of all I am on very often if u don't see me then I will note to do /g more often I hadn't done any applications before so this is a first. Instead of getting mad at you guys for the bad reviews I will thank you. Again this is my first time doing an application so next time I will try to read other applications and see what I am doing wrong. I will do what I can to be more mature in game. I don't have TS yet but I will try to get it. And shadow virus... I haven't heard or seen you before either it is just a meaning of timing. I want to get to know all of you staff and even if I don't get helper I still do want to get to know you guys.

I'm not going to pick apart your app because it's already been done.
I have to say that I've never seen you before, at all. You should really work on activity.
Help in /g.
Talk in /g.
Talk on TS with people.
Chill on forums and answer any questions you can.
We don't bite, I promise. From the looks of things you aren't that ready for a staff position. Try to stay super active for a few more months on the server and try again.

Sorry but I am on -1, I've never seen ya before this. Also, the app was lacking, I suggest you check accepted applications to see how long the app should be.
EDIT: Your immaturity is a huge problem. My vote will stay as -1.

Hey Rogue,
I feel like you are not ready for this position. You have been very immature and difficult to deal with. I see in-game all the time (12-13 hours.. Don't you need sleep?), but I hardly see you helping in /g. Teamspeak is absolutely needed for staff applications and interviews. On your next application, please put more thought into it. It looks as if you put at most a couple minutes into this app and we want staff who care about this position.
