Introduction: Hello I'm BlueXGhost and most of you have probably seen me.
I love this server! I found out about it when my friend told me about servers (I didn't play Minecraft to much at that time)
As soon as i got home I went on the internet and searched servers and found this! Most of my encounters have been nice only 2 or 3 have been mean and i would love to make the server clear of hackers spammers and chat harassment!
On my spare time i ride on my dirtbike at trails, play soccer, draw, read,write,lots of other things.

Why should you be Helper? Because i love this server and would like to clear it of the people and things that make people not like the server.

What are your weaknesses? My weaknesses are mostly spamming which i have gotten better at

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: If i'm not on for about a week that means that i'm most likely traveling.

This app wasn't good. You advertised it in global chat, and you said you didn't knew it wasn't allowed. This shows you're not aware about some of the rules. Also, I never see you helping in game, last time I saw you was 1-3 months ago, then you disappeared and suddenly you came back with application. Not sure if timezones messed things up, but you should really help more in global chat, and show us that you exist. Like I spoilered IG, I am giving you -1.

 

Hi, BlueXGhost! Sorry to say, but I have to hand you a -1. You're not quite ready for staff, yet. You need TeamSpeak, that is a Staff Requirement. I don't see too much effort in the application, and you're still quite new to forums. I haven't seen you online much, but when I do, you're not really helping out too much. Anyways, must dash. I see you online quite a bit, so that's good. Don't really see you helping much, though.
Your application was on the weak side, but that can be easily improved. The intro section is a place for you to introduce you. We want to know who you are! Hobbies, favourite subjects, future aspirations, and more. As for your why section, it's a chance to outline your strengths. What are some qualities about you that make you stand out against other applicants? Your weakness section is to tell us what may affect you in getting the position. Not really in-game things, but traits about yourself (for example irresponsible, forgetful, things like that). TeamSpeak is also a requirement, but that isn't a burden. It's great to just hop on TeamSpeak and chat with people.

• No Teamspeak: Teamspeak is necessary to be a staff member. Are you able to download Teamspeak?
• Your introduction was not good. You need to tell us about you, not just when you joined.
• Your why section was very unsatisfactory. You want to remove stuff from the server. That sounds like your goal is to ban people, and that should not be your goal as staff. Your why section should be what makes you stand out and what you have to offer. Your why section doesn't tell me why I would want you as staff at all, and this doesn't make me feel confident that you will be s good staff member, or a beneficial one.
• Your weakness is spamming. How is that a weakness? Self-control is a weakness, but spamming all you have to do is not type. You seem impulsive and immature, and you should mention this in your weaknesses.
• Overall, your application was extremely unsatisfactory, and I do not feel comfortable with you in a staff position here.
• If you have been banned recently, I do not feel comfortable with you in a staff position at all.
• This is highly looked down upon, and you should know not to do this if you're qualified for staff.

Overall, I do not feel you are qualified to be a Meepcraft staff member.

Spamming isn't a weakness. It's something you do.
