Introduction: Hello meepers! Im Ryan, A lot of you know me at ryanjman21. I am 15 years old and attending 9th grade at my local high school in ScottsDale, Arizona. One of my main passions in my life are sports. I am currently playing ice hockey for the Jr.Coyotes and my High school team. On my Jr.Coyotes team, I was named captain of the team for my leadership. Hockey is going well for me at the moment as I am also on D1 Varsity for my High school as a freshman. Anyway, I am trying to get a job as a hockey referee. I live With my parents, 2 sisters, 2 dogs, and 2 tortoises. I am planning to go to a in-state university like Arizona State University or University of Arizona. I am a freshman so I am not worrying about collages right now. Now, I was introduced to meepcraft by a couple friends and that is where it started

Why should you be Helper? I think I should be helper for a number of reasons. One of my reasons is that I have played on this server for a long time. I am used to the constant issues that meepcraft has (hackers, etc.). I try to help the staff in those situations by recording the hackers, Calming down situations, correcting people when they do something wrong in shout ( spam, language, etc.), and more. I have had friends that have been staff on this server and have taught me how to try to control those situations. My second reason is I am used to younger and older people fighting and being immature. If you read in my introduction, I was the middle child of 2 sisters. I was the peace maker in the house when things got to out of hand. I often had to separate their constant bickering and if i could do this in real life I’m pretty sure I can prevent some of these issues in meepcraft. I am also used to staying home with my little sister and having to watch her when my parents leave. I still have to be the mature one and be a role model. I have been doing this with younger players on meepcraft too by teaching them that they can’t do certain things that they think is funny/cool. I am one of those teens that like to get the facts out of situations instead of lies. I’m sure I can do the same in meepcraft. I consider myself as a very nice person in real life and on meepcraft so I won’t go full rage on someone. I personally go by the motto " sticks and stones may break your bones, but words will never hurt you", You can try all you want to try to hurt my feelings but, I can assure you will not succeed. That is another reason I think I would make a good helper. I play a lot of sports so I have developed the skill called "discipline". I was even named a captain of a team for my leadership and discipline. I try to be as professional as possible for example, when I am helping another player or talking to them.

What are your weaknesses? I can tend to get a little mad when people are lying to me.
I can also sometimes be a little too nice to people.
I can be a little immature at times when there is nothing serious going on. (all staff members do this)

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: My hockey and school schedule can get in the way of my playing time and what times I am on.

Your 'why' section was good, however, I have never seen any of these qualities out of you.

This doesn't matter if you've been inactive recently.

How are you working on this?

How is this a weakness? How are you working on ''fixing'' it?

Doesn't matter what other staff do, it matters what you do. How are you going to fix this?

The app was okay, but you can't prove any of your points with your actions. I've seen you very hostile, immature, and non-constructive.

- Activity
As said above, your activity is very low. Your posts go from Yesterday, November 2, Oct 12, Oct 7, Oct 2, Sept 25... Each day with one post each except yesterday which had 2. You need to be active on this server for at least a few months before applying.
I have not seen you IG for months, I haven't seen you on TS for months.

- Attitude
A lot of your forum posts were on staff apps and that was really it. Before the staff added the moderation tool which made you be constructive or it was deleted, you didn't give anyone a reason or you just quoted other people. You added nothing to the application despite the rule and despite being asked.
Even after the moderation thing was added, you added very little to apps. Be more constructive.
I've only seen 2 or 3 posts that aren't in staff apps in your history since August. There's an entire forums to use.
Use it.

Overall a big -1. I've seen nothing but immaturity and hostility. You would not be good for staff based on your actions from before and I would not trust you with a staff position.

She already explained many issues that you aren't working on. Your activity is a big issue.

If you're really that desperate for staff, you have to work hard in order to get it. Make posts that aren't always in your staff applications. Answer questions for other players, make good suggestions, follow the server rules, etc.

This is also another big issue here. In your weaknesses, you say:

So you're basically going to leave us hanging in your introduction? Nothing to actually talk about how you found Meepcraft, why did you friends invite you to it, etc?
Alright then. Have your readers not fully focused on your application.
