Simple suggestion

You can clear all the signs on plot by typing /plot clear. But it clears all the plot. Can you make something like if you are mayor of town or owner of that plot, make it so that they can just break the signs. [Shop sign]. Some might not belongs to you but you want to get rid of some shop sign but /plot clear clears all the signs.

Keep /plot clear but set plugin that mayor of town or owner of plot can break shop signs[someone's]
Because /plot clear clears all the signs and etc...

 

Or you could do /plot clear signs or something along those lines.
For example:
/plot clear [chests, signs, wood, logs, etc.]

Something that is an entity can fit the section after 'clear'.
If you want to clear the whole plot and all its items fall to the ground or something, you could do /plot clear all.

this ruins plot clearing, which is how some people make money, and it also ruins part of the obstacles of towny.

What I'm saying is different than what yall think,,, So I'm a mayor and I claimed plot to make a casino. My co mayor owned the plot to make people as a host and build some slots. We already talked about it that we can break/clear signs that he is owned. I wanted to clear some of his signs[Shop sign] but I can't. If I have to do /plot clear then all the signs will be cleared. Even color signs. [I'm elite so can't use them] So the point is we should have command or plugin that allows me to break [shop sign]. Not whole other signs that you don't want them to be clear.

 

I think what Killdog meant was to clear either a certain sign(s) or all of the signs on a plot (which is what /plot clear) does right now.

regarding the suggestion, this would be so helpful if you just wanted to take of chest shop signs, and not the others (like Welcome signs, etc.). +1

Fairly simple idea. I like @MasterOfToast's idea. Like for instance /plot clear signs.
It should be limited to the things that /plot clear currently does.

This suggestion is so you can remove others pesky shop signs. It is massively annoying and time consuming when you have to /plot clear (which doesn't clear the plot, just signs) and replace all of your signs.
