Have you ever held a media position on another server? kinda, But both me and my friend owned the server xD

Introduction: Hello fasehed here, my real name is Lucas I enjoy playing minecraft portal 2 biking and playing the saxophone. Ever since I was young I would commentate what I was doing, From skateboarding to wii tenis I always talked aloud and made very bad jokes.

Why should you be on our Media team? Well I have been on meepcraft for 3 years about to be 4 years and all I ever did to help out meepcraft was advertise on some random faction server and donate $10, I would in a heart beat give more money, but I cant afford it. So I was thinking about how I could give back to meepcraft one night here's what went through my mind:

*Buy more ranks (Oh can't afford it)_

*Become staff (I only know one staff command which is hawk eye and all I know is the name not how to use it

*Advertise on other servers (I don't want to be that guy)

*Media

I couldn't find anything wrong with that one. I already had 42 subscribers an official partner and loved to make videos have a custom channel link, hidden all my like video feed put a bunch of modules made a website and a bunch of other stuff. So I started to upload meepcraft videos they started off at 15-20 views but now have 40-80 views. I love to play on meepcraft and wanted to give back so this would be perfect

What I would do if I got media:

Well first off my videos would be of much higher quality because of features that media gets Like /fly Also people would pay attention to what I say in chat so say I wanted to film a /warp pvp time lapse but no one was there I could get maybe 10 people to come to /warp pvp.

I would help promote the server, my channel's partner likes to do channel spot lights were people gain lots of active subscribers so I could get people to play meepcraft possibly

Now everyone has flaws and problems so here are mine

*I have a speech problem, now this is probably my biggest problem, I don't pronounce my R's right speak very fast and don't put spaces between some of my words, now I have been fixing this by seeing a therapist and I think I'm improving

*I have a very small budget, my hole setup right now is a total of $480 and my costume built gaming pc is $480, everything else I already owned, so my monitor is 1440 by 900 so my videos are a weird shape, but this Christmas I'm getting a new keyboard mouse and monitor. The weird shape of my monitor sometimes causes fraps to glitch.\

*I have school so I can only upload 2-3 times a week at best

Now even though I do have problems I can fix 2 out of the 3, my speech and recording setup, I wish I could stop school.

Whats good about me

I'v played meep for almost 4 years so I'm very experienced with it.

I'm active I try to get on for at least 1 hour a day that can be hard with school though

I'm friendly and am always looking to help people or just start a conversation

I always thought that if I ever were to become big on YouTube, like 100k subs big (which I doubt will EVER happen) I would still interact with my audience like I do with 40 subs so my point is that if I were to become media I wouldn't stop talking to people.

I hope you accept me both as a media, because I truly want to be it to help out the server not because of the fancy pink rank.

What is the main platform that player can go and publicly view your content on, and what is your typical content comprised of? YouTube, maybe twitch in the future

If you make a mistake own up to it. Making mistakes is human we learn from it. Advertising your app isnt the end of the world and I highly doubt the staff will deny you on it. The staff team is based on trust if you show you can be trusted and not shell out any more white lies or cover ups it's a plus one from me.

I've had speech therapy and everything and Ive overcome it I hope you do too.
Go for the future and I hope you keep pushing videos out even if you get denied.
Everything helps in the end.

 

Thanks a lot with the speech part it means alot But I accuatly did have 2 threads going at once because I just got TS a little while ago and needed some help so I posted the thread link in the chat

 

Changed the app to be more in depth about good things that could come from me being media

You seem like a good person.
Practice a bit more on video recording and editing.Also improve your grammar and write a better app in future if possible.

Editing your app, especially to add new content that wasn't there before, is highly highly frowned upon. Once you've made your app, you should stick with it.

Let's plays of minecraft are always usually boring and monotonous. They aren't any different than any other of the hundreds of thousands of minecraft youtubers. More unique videos would be better, IMO.
