I don't know if it was the best encouragement to ask something like this on a thread.
Everyone matures differently. You're a great guy. I have faith in you.
Here are some things to think about:

• All the staff have their strengths and weaknesses. Your destiny is yours. Not mine, not theirs. You're not like anyone else on this entire planet. Don't think about what you can do to be like the staff; think about what you can do to be yourself in the most beneficial way. You have your own traits. All you need to do is find out how to work with them.
• It's okay to back out. Instead of arguing or pouting about your appeal, you sucked it up. You knew your application was bad. You took it like a man, and that takes some maturity.
• There is nothing wrong with questioning your decisions, or lacking confidence. Maybe you're not a leader yet. I'm not, and 100+ people on this server aren't either. You have a lot of time to mature Cluckers. Don't hurt yourself too much for this. Who knows, maybe you'll be the President one day instead of staff on Meepcraft? Neither of us have any idea what the future has in store for us.

 

You are incredibly immature, inactive, and just simply have that 'staff' attitude. You also constantly look like you're seeking attention.
You are in no way fit for staff.

 

Tbh, I'm not sure if being a YouTuber with 70 something subs helps the server of just helps you personally.
