Make it if a player gets killed within 3 or 5 seconds of a tpa they don't drop anything and they keep their items. Because I got lured for the 4th time in a month and the recent time I got lured (today) there must have been a bug because I didn't drop any items and when I spawned I still had my items.

What if they wait the time out before they attack?

I hate losing items as much as you do, believe me. My best solution to cope with this, however, is to go with absolutely nothing in my inventory. Put the most valuable/useful things in your /chest. This way you can probably get it out whenever it's needed, like a bow and a couple arrows or something. If you can put everything away first, the only thing that you can lose after that is your XP levels, which can be easily grinded through /pwarp grinderpark or through killing mobs and people somewhere else. It might be a bit tedious, but trust me, it's very much worth not losing your items.

Make it so that they have invincibility for that 3-5 seconds, if this suggestion does go through. To make sure neither side has an advantage, let the person who let the first teleport to them also have invincibility as well, so that neither can get hurt for a small amount of time.

Why not if they are willing to lure they're willing to wait.

If your wearing armor you can't get killed in 5 seconds (Unless it's bad armor). Maybe make it so there is /tp protect. The person that gets tpa'ed can do it. Then they can't get hit. But if the person tpa's them for a 1v1 or something, they can do /tp unprotect.

And I would do that why? Most of my time goes to my town and the other playing minigames to get money for that town. Why jump to conclusions? Like would you really think people would wait for someone's game to load if they're trying to kill them regardless? It's logical thinking. No need to accuse me.

All I'm saying is that if someone is trying to kill someone else, they most likely wouldn't wait for them. It's common sense.

Andrew said, "Why not if they are willing to lure they're willing to wait."
Then you said, "Not really for me".
What do you mean by Not really for me?

I don't need to lure players, the wild chest does that job just fine. Its funny how many people go there in full god armor only to be carpet bombed with splash harming pots.

Think what you like, all I said is do you really think people would wait if they wanna steal their things? Just think logically for once.

If people are going to tp lure, they will be patient for you to stand there and wait for a TP protect cooldown to run out before hitting you.

    That's thinking logically.

You think I don't know that? Once the cool down is finished, they will instantly start to attack. Get what I mean now?
    --- Double Post Merged, Dec 23, 2015, Original Post Date: Dec 23, 2015 ---
And they'll hit anyway, even if the cool down is still there so as soon as it's done, they can get hits off. I know this because it's happened to me a lot. Thankfully I was wearing armour most of the time.

Most luring instances have a very very obvious preface, so it's best to go into risky situations with no items on you, as @Baby Elsa said. In my experience, these are the common luring advertisements:
    • Mine/Survive with me in wild!
    • Come see (bizarre object/scenario)!!
    • Tp for free (valuable item)!
An invincibility after tping wouldn't prevent luring, as people who lure are willing to wait and pretend to be friendly until the invincibility is up. The best way to prevent luring is to be more cautious of who you tp to, you can easily /seen the player to see if they're in wild and if so take the necessary precautions because they're probably going to betray you.

yeah this is true but it rarely happens, or at least is rarely reported. I'm not saying all lurings are preventable but the majority are.
