A forum suggestion: member qualities

Today, I watched many application threads, and suddenly I got an idea:
members can vote for other member's quality

-maturity
-language
-rude/not
-build skills
-friendly/not
...

this is gonna help people check if they are ready to apply for staff.

any better idea?

Seems like an interesting idea, although it could lead to people being offended and some unnecessary conflict.

I don't get it.

 

Theoretically, this sounds helpful, but I doubt that it would actually work. The good thing about having to comment on staff applications to discuss these qualities, is that you need to give reasons as to why you think what you think what you think about the person. If we add a poll, or something like that, to vote on these qualities, people are going to give untruthful and unreasonable answers because of bias towards the player and/or just to troll.
