Selling Alpha Nation And Town

Selling my alpha nation and town for 2.5mil it costs 2.5mil alone to make a nation and 200k to make a town the nation is The Generation Realm and town is sale looking for a quick sale as i will be going on holiday and don't want the nation to fall with 38 towns in it. I can deal lower than 2.5mil if you are really keen to own it but no less than 2.3mil

Nations aren't really sold for any more than 500K that I know of, and towns at 250K are expensive.

Muunke, As long as the nation is less than the start price it's a deal, and 250k expensive for a town? That's cheap.

 

250K is the retail price
towns have recently been selling 100-200K
250K is therefore expensive

 

Ye...I've seen big metropolis' being sold for under 500k due to the fact that a new town is just 250k to start.
