/stafftoggle

/stafftoggle when you /gtoggle it does not get rid of staff talking in chat, don't you think it ruins the peace and quiet you want when you /gtoggle? Well /stafftoggle can toggle out staffs chatting in /g. We need /stafftoggle for when the staff are helping someone in /g and you do not want to see it. It also should be an option so if people only want to see staff talking they can, but if you do not you don't have to see it.

(Feel free to point out any spelling mistakes)

 

We've accepted a suggestion similar to this, but instead of muting all staff messages we will only block all but Supermod+ messages. If a mod or helper needs to send an important message, it will most likely be sent through an Smod+ then.
I know you hate seeing me chat so often. I'm sorry that I won't shut my mouth lol, especially when more of my messages are not really staff-relevant or helpful anyway.

Honestly, /ignore should never be added. If you don't like a player, just ignore them or play a different server/game.

Then you cant see what you type when you need /heal, /warp, /smelt, etc.

 

Admins have said you won't be able to ignore staff members so this wouldn't fix it much.

You'd have to find a way to make it so you can only turn off staff chats when global is off. Because if you have global chat on, but staff chats are off, you could be missing something important.
