Luke you can't offer money on everything! Right now you have offered 60 k for a mansion, and now you want to buy a town that will sell for probably 400k+? Luke, no one will sell things in your price area. Earn some money, buy ranks, then come back in a bit and make offers for stuff.

 

This was Originaly built for 5mil the guy who bought it got banned so he never payed so I just finished it and kept it

 

The castle is spacious. It has a courtyard and a front entrance as well. The interior that was done by I and forest fills up most of it, however there are a few extra rooms. Not to mention the den for horses. Tbh I would give it a glance if you can

 

Yes, I belive that, but I had a town recently that I sold, which was evaluated by many as worth 1.3mil+, but no one who has the money can't or doesn't want a town. Maybe you get get like 1.6mik for it.

Asking Luke to take a glance? His bal is 70k. Maybe less. It's hard to talk with him, no offense Luke, but you don't use proper grammar or provide enough details or have the money.

 

They key to selling a nice town is not to sell it fast, but to find a good buyer. I find that the best people to sell it to are ults because they aren't saving for a new rank and often have more money I once sold a town I made with some friends for like 750k when it was valued at 500k.. hehe.

 

The thing is the guy who wanted this built was exclusive he could have bought Elite with that xD

 

haha thats true...some people just don't want a rank upgrade..

As the person who actually built this main structure I can say this was a weird build. The person who wanted this done wanted a lot. Unfortunately he was perm banned for dice scamming. So I never finished the project. After winning 11mil + from HotAsianBean at the time I figured there was no point in me building for other players anymore.
