Terraforming tips?

Hey there!
I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips on terraforming a plot similar to that of speedylemonade's plots.
Pls halp! ;-;

Hey chris, tbh terraforming can be hard if you think to much, start by just figuring out where you want hills, valleys, rivers, etc. Then choose your block. After that just slowly start to build up, don't expect your first terraforming to be just like speedy's hes a very skilled builder and really good at terraforming. start out with a smaller terraform then work up. Try to make it look realistic, don't try to make it look even or like its a small hill, sometimes its best to make the blocks higher and higher on a side which will make it look like a real mountain.

i suggest creating a localhost minecraft server and installing the VoxelSniper plugin. Grian on youtube has some great tutorials on how to use it.

I've had several servers and world edit was on all of them. But that's not exactly what I'm looking for. I'm asking how I can terraform a creative plot in meep. It would be so cool if world edit in creative could be a donor perk cause I'd get ultimate for that!

My strategy when I terraform upwards is to do it layer by layer and act like a 3D printer. To make it look realistic, make it uneven on the edges and learn the actual way the minecraft ground looks like (1 layer grass, 2 layers dirt, then stone). Best of luck on your building project

 

pay attention to what successful terraforming is and mimic it—lots of layers, mixing block types, make sure things flow
