1.9 texture error

I logged on meep with 1.9, and all my potions had lost their texture and turned into a water bottle. I don't need a refund, just a fix would be nice

 

Note that they are still potions and if you log into 1.8.9 you should see this as well.

 

I know but I dont feel like drinking an untextured block

Also, what a weird bug...

 

Why don't you just switch back? Its only a problem because either meep itself is not 1.9 or there's a bug within 1.9.

It's not an issue on meep's end though I'm pretty damn sure.
1.9 changed up stuff and that stuff won't work on meep til it is 1.9

 

And if you're wrong? It's not even 1.9 stuff. Please read the entire thread before you comment

I went on another server and looked and it looked the same
which is why I think a 1.8 server with 1.9 compatibility glitches

I can name more 1.9 bugs on this server. The 1.8 - > 1.9 compatibility is poorly done. You can't right click with a sword or you lag until you switch off it.

 

@legendcaleb not positive but I do believe it is just the retexture that Meepcraft and some other servers are using while they are running as 1.8 and 1.9 compatible. I have been playing single player 1.9 and there are many new potions and changes so I think that may have something to do with it.

 

Sorry but this literally cannot be fixed until Meep is full 1.9 (which is in the works!). If it still happens when we're finished updating, let us know! Denied
