Hiring an Otaku skin maker

IF YOU HAVE NOT WATCHED AKAME GA KILL DO NOT BOTHER READING AHEAD, IT'S TOO NERDY FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND.

I just finished watching Akame ga Kill and 1, it was fing awesome and 2, now that I actually have Lubb as my MC skin I realized something...there's no 1.8 MC skin of him in full Legendary Arms. Which I believe can be added via that fancy layering of extra bits of texture above the main skin which has something to do with coding and complicated computer crap that I won't even bother trying to describe any better to not offend anyone who actually knows exactly what it is' brain.

Please let me know if you can help, and no, I no not believe some master skin crafter that only uses pictures from the internet could truly do this job justice.

Lastly anyone that can do this gets paid about 50k and sent about 60 images of cute, fluffy puppies.

there is 0 'coding crap.' You can find skin makers online and it's literally just putting colors in squares.

Find a skin of this guy you like with the legendary arm thingy, I'll do the layering mess. Link it to me, can be from any site where I can download the skin.
