    This update may help you if you were unable to fix your items because they were unaware of the EULA transition, or if your items were completely damaged by being dropped. We are providing the /fix ability to all players for one week to help those who have been inconvenienced by these issues.

    After this one week period, the item fixing ability will be removed and all fixed items that were dropped will retain their durability. The /fix command will be disabled on May 19. Sorry for the prior inconvenience we may have caused!

    There are several cases of this. It seems you cannot really fix a fixed item. It's if something lost the fix lore. Talked to @LadyCass in game about it, and she said she was going to ask @Fuzzlr about it.

    UPDATE: try going to spawn to fix your items. Although it might say "This item cannot be repaired" on certain items in other worlds, it should definitely work in spawn.
