Introduction: Hello! My name is DarfoChan and I'm a chinese 14 year old. I have interests in minecraft building, art (pixel art included), and sports. I always try to stay up late on Meepcraft, and other servers with creative. I'm currently in 7th grade. I have been on meepcraft for around 2-3 years.

Why should you be Architect? I have amounts of experience in building. My friend owns a server, and I helped her build the hub, the spawns for: KitPvP, parkour, survival, and hunger games. Although most of my builds aren't on Meepcraft, I have built on other servers and built for other people. You may think I'm not suitable for this job, but at least you have to try before you say I can't do it. And I may have some things fit for an Architect.

Creativity: I use creativity for most of my builds. When I do pixel art, I just remember from my head what the character looks like and I build it.

Trustworthy: When I build for someone, I make sure that the person's request is finished. (I have done this on other servers) I know that they can trust me into finishing it.

What builds have you completed on the server and where might they be located? I used to have an amusement park in creative, but since I changed my name, it said I owned the plot, but wasn't able to build on it. I don't exactly remember for who, but I have built a town spawn for and ice town. Other builds are on my friends server.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I may not be fit for this job, but at least I tried. I have always wanted to be an architect in real life. I use Minecraft to do designs in my head.

How much experience do you have using Voxel and Worldedit? I have no experience in Voxel. In fact, I don't even know what it is. I have used WorldEdit a lot. Sometimes when I'm too lazy, I use WorldEdit to help me.

You actually asked Fuzzlr to be a reference for you? I doubt he'd say yes.

Where are your builds? I don't see any. If you do have some, post them here without editing your application.

Don't want to be a skeptic but, I don't believe you that Fuzzlr is a reference if he did reference you, you probably wouldn't need to do the whole application part.

Never seen you in-game or on the forums.
You actually admit to being unfit for the job? Why would you apply if you're just going to shoot yourself in the foot like that?

I would recommend building up reputation not just as a builer, but as a positive member of the community not just in game but also on the forums. Also, if you want to improve your build quality, I highly recommend Grain on Youtube. He taught me a lot.

......I'm sorry but anybody can talk. can you show us? You said twice that you built for a friends server.....it would be nice to see a sentence in there that says something like "If you would like to see my builds let me know and I'll /msg you the IP". That really helps boost peoples confidence in your skills because without showing proof that you did what you say, you are nothing. I can do it too, I built the spawn for 10 other servers who now have 1k+ players.....is that really trust worthy? no.

Please, just no. be confident in your abilities, while you shouldn't be to confident, you don't want to have others think you yourself don't think you are suitable.

Before applying for a position where one of the question asks about voxel sniper...if you don't know what it is, its typically a GREAT idea to look it up. to say "I don't even know what it is" really puts some doubt into my mind. because often times voxel sniper is a better tool then world edit.

Why have I never seen you? I am pretty familiar with almost all of the known builders on meep, but I haven't really ever seen your name. (make that never)

And lastly, where are your build pics. This goes back to what I was saying earlier, you can say you are all kinds of things, but can you prove it? At least have one pic up there......

@miniarch when you say you haven't seen him, do you recall any of his previous IGNs? maybe you just don't connect them because he changes them frequently... ?

I won't judge you based on what you've said. Besides the fact that I've never seen any of your IGN's on the server or the forums. You have been on the server for 2-3 years but the forums for 11 months? In essence, you are saying that you actually played on the server 2 years before you even joined the forums...sorry...not adding up. Also your "creativity" is a bit general and lacking. And the fact that you "might be unfit for the job...???Why even apply unless you are absolutely certain that you have the potential and ability to perform well and get accepted for an architectual position. You need to have builds on this server and please provide pictures of the builds you currently do have. Don't post any IP's as it will get you banned. You only play 1-2 hours per day on the weekdays and the weekends? Sorry, but not even close to enough hours recommended. But unless your work is top notch, then don't think you have even a fair chance to get accepted regardless of anything you have said.

 

You would be wrong - you can message a person an IP if both parties are okay with it.
Overall, -1. Teamspeak is required to be a staff, and the app was done pretty poorly. I haven't seen you online any time recently. Try being more active all around the server, and please post pics of your builds!

 

Nope, I have never seen any of his names around. I actually did see darfochan once or twice but I haven't seen him active lately. which is another concern of mine.

The fact you have no builds on this server concerns me so this is a deny. Please use your time to take images of your builds ' when you build them' and reapply.


We cannot be 100% that you have built what you say you have on other servers and building on other servers usually means you do not have the time to put effort on on this one. We need 100% focus.
