When you were banned: today

Reason for ban: "second offense tresspassing + ban evading"

Ban Length: 12hrs

Staff member who issued ban: dont know dont care

What have you learned and why should we trust you to do better? because i went to pwarp paris to talk to lordusan about selling him the town name paris back, and then he gives me 3 warning in a row, with not even a chat box delay. His boyfriend 2dawn2 told me to leave and i did.

then lord says "tpa for free stuff" and i tpa. He gives me warnings to i go to the town of theon's claimed plots. Then junelawnchair and 2dawn2 make up so fake rule about "having to be 3 plots away", but there was no sign at the town or pwarp that i was banned.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: i go on some 3 letter cit alt (dont remember name) and ask queen "before you ban this alt explain why i was banned" because i didnt trespass anywhere. 2 minutes later i get banned with no explanation

 

Hi Matt, since I am involved in this I will not be handling this appeal, but I thought I would say that I misunderstood the two towns (the one that you were standing in) had an agreement to be that close together. I had thought that you were in that town and you claimed it next to their town, which was not the case. That was my bad but regardless of that you were told more than enough times to leave their town and the other town and you still came back after that.

 

I wasn't told by Theon's owner (guessing it is 2dawn2) that I wasn't allowed in it.

The first time, I went to negotiate with lordusan for his town name, and I left after 3 warnings, then I tpa to him for free stuff and go into theon, which I left eventually.

The ban evading is me wanting an explanation for why I was banned, lordusan never never directly told me or put a sign or armor stand/whatever that I wasn't allowed in his town. (with me being in the area) that I wasn't allowed in his town. Plus his warnings were not one chat box apart, they were when the chat dissapeared.

 

Just btw the warnings don't have to be a full chatbox apart, just at least 15 seconds from each other.

Since I am involved in this as well, I will say this to you to prove my point

Me and Grevous bought the town from Alexxxx, so that our friend lordusan could have it back (And no he is not my boyfriend, nor do I like guys)
After we bought the town I started to unclaim the town land so lord could reclaim it as we planned. Lordusan really didn't want you there, as he was kind of hurt that you took the heads. Regardless, you kept on standing there because it was funny to you. Lordusan DID in fact warn you 3 times to go away yet you didn't.

After looking further into this, you were in a very close vicinity and appeared to be harassing Lordusan, as seen in your messages. The ban will remain despite you being "outside of the town." You only have 2 hours left, denied.
