This is all true. Especially after the Pebbles fiasco, we need staff who know who's hacking and who isn't.
Anyway, having seen you in chat, read your app and heard stories of your last few times as staff, I have come to a conclusion.
Though the reasons for your previous demotions may pull me towards a -1, you seem to have learned from your mistakes and show a genuine interest in making the server great again. You have knowledge of PvP, which is good, and you recognise problems with the server and see ways of fixing them.

When we were both on together while you were staff, I remember mostly good things.

You were active, I remember seeing you help in chat often, etc.

The only thing that I would ding you on is your maturity, which is p bad sometimes. But you can fix that (probably quite easily)

You were Demoted for leaking but legit almost everyone on the current staff team leaks. I'm pretty sure a certain lady leaks to you too.
