Why should you be Helper? I Will try my hardest to keep the Meepers happy and loyal . i will help every players problems and i will try to play every day to help player.

Hi!
so teamspeak is a must - 100%. You need it for inteviewws, meeitngs, to help , and in general community bonding.

Its good to have refs! Even though its optional, references prove that people know you and want you as staff.

This is nice, but it gives me very little. I want more information. Who are you? Tell me, let me get to know you.

But how? How will you help? How will you help the staff team? How will you go above and beyond the helper position? Why should we choose you over others?

These are not weaknesses that are applicable to a minecraft server. We are looking for things such as impatience, immaturity, something that would cause issues with moderation.

Overall your app is poor and lacking in detail and information. Look in the accepted applications for more info, and some examples.

I have not seen you helping in game at all. This is important and shows me how much you know about the server and how much you care about helping players. You can help without the helper tag!
Also, your forums activity is lacking. You posted the same thing on 4 different people's profiles asking for helper, and thats a nono. We want you to apply. We also want you to prove you know your way around the server, and asking people to refer you to fuzzlr (who doesn't even look at apps) doesn't help us.

Overall I think you need to take a couple months, get in global, forums, on TS, talk a lot and get friendly, and start helping people. Be mature and nice and I'm sure you can get the position if you try hard.

 

I know how you feel, getting pinched is terrible. However, spicy food for me is a strength- it's very valuable so you should work on that more. +1

I had very similar issues with my first helper application. Since then I have learned that you should spend a few days to a week drafting your application and making it as good as you can. Also, you need to SHOW that you are helper in game. Just saying you will be a good helper and asking people to refer you to fuzzlr is not how to get helper.

My advice?

- answer people's questions in game (I'd recommend global chat but you can also use pm)
- get teamspeak and learn to use it
- expand on your application
-be a lot more active on the forums
-don't annoy/pester/tell people to give you helper. The staff will look at your application when they can. Be patient*.

*yes I acknowledge that I need to work on this too...

Small app, also being pinched is a very shameful weakness but thats not the weakness were talking about Were talking about, for example, for me at night time it becomes hard to control myself. So that is something staff could know. Or you might not be the best with being told your wrong etc.

 

If you're 16, you should know how to properly use punctuation and how to introduce yourself.

This doesn't tell me why you should be helper or HOW you'll be a good helper on the server. You've had no experience, which makes me not trust you as much.

EDIT: You posted on Fuzzlr's profile, telling him how great of an addition to the staff team you'll be, and you even asked him to tell himself about this.

If you want to be staff, atleast learn what staff members look like on the forums/read their usernames.
