Introduction: My name is Jack, I am 12 years old and I'm turning 13 next month. My favorite sport is basketball and I play too. I am in 7th grade at a school in California.

Why should you be Helper? I believe that I should become a helper because I love to work with others and I respect everyone. I also tend to be very nice. Whenever I help others I feel like I am a good person and I feel as if I achieved a goal.

What are your weaknesses? One weakness that I have is when people call me names and try to judge me over looks. I just kind of shut-down and just feel bad about myself. Then, I just try to annoy that person until they stop.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: I do not have any other information.

 

Short App, Not Much Info, Give me more in your introduction and why you should be a helper. if you hang around meep for a bit longer and help out more, i could see you as a staff member in a few months

I made the same mistake on my staff app the first time i applied. I didn't realize how much time others put into their apps. Your app is WAY too short. If you want to apply, add more.

-1 Bruh, I like you, your a good kid, however your still learning, and you just started playing meepcraft this month a bit too soon, you can be immature sometimes (not too much but sometimes as many of us can be) your bio was wayyyyyy to short, you should look at the helper application help. Start playing, learn more, start to know some more people, wait a couple months and try again, I see much potential. Goodluck but I don't think now is the time. Have a great day!

Moreover, you're still quite inexperienced and should get in the community before you apply.

Ok, this is not the way to act when people judge you over looks. Ignoring is the best option.

This tells me nothing about how you can be a good helper because I've never seen you online since.

How do i change it to add more

 

Editing your app is frowned upon. I suggest working on it before you apply. You should really look at accepted apps for more info
-- Your intro should let us get to know you. Nothing personal, just facts, life outside meep, tell us about your pets, hobbies, you name it
-- Your why should tell us really in depth, how you would benefit the team, what will you bring, how would you be a good staff member?
-- Weaknesses should stated what and why you'd be stopped from doing your job. We're looking for things lime immaturity, impatience, etc. Also, you should say how you'll work on these and how you'll keep them under control.

Overall, you need to work on your app and spend some time to familiarize yourself with the server. I'm not seeing a ton of knowledge from you. Help out in shout, be active everywhere, and take your time, you'll get up there in no time ^.^

Here's my opinion

Your a cool guy, but for 12 years old you should be able to use literature a lot more than what you did in your application. You're nice and friendly, also nice to talk to, but I don't think you're ready

If you should be a staff member now, you would need more knowlegde. To get knowlegde you just have to ask if you want to know something, try all the things on meepcraft, go explore! and share of your current knowlegde to gain more and more, + it will help other people too!!
anyway, you seem like a really nice person and I see you as a staff member in the future! keep workin' hard and get some inspiration from some of the accepted Helper Applications, if you're going to apply another time.

I see that you have taken intereset in a staff position that not only represents the server but ultimately decide the success of this server. I do hope that you put more effort into your application. Like @Muunkee said, I suggest taking a look at older accepted applications, and draft your application carefully. It shouldn't be a ten minutes process. I recommend asking a peer to take a look at your application for revision.

Also, improve your weaknesses and improve, like @2leah2 suggested.

I've come out of my retirement to quickly say this bruh_101.

People like you are what this server needs.
You took all of these peoples criticisms well and with grace, which is more than can be said for other people who apply for the first time.

Don't get discouraged AT ALL. I came into my first application (It was for Trial-Mod in old Meep) thinking I would get it easily, first try. It took me 14 god forsaken tries to figure out exactly what I had to do. Not because its that hard to become staff, but because I just couldn't understand how to get popular. It's actually pretty simple, and I think you've already basically done it.
Be pleasant. By fun to hang around, talk but don't spam, participate but don't obsess. That was what I just couldn't wrap my head around.

The only other thing is application size. Don't worry too much about advertising your application, I definitely did it once and I'm sure most of the staff have done it at least once as well. Just learn from this, I think if you checked out the applications in the accepted section and were active, you could get Helper on your second try. Which is 12 less tries than me.
