Introduction: Okay, here we go. I'm fourteen, and mature for my age. I know everyone tends to say that, but I nearly never get angry with anyone, and instead deal with it how it should be dealt with. I tend to have a very playful and memorable attitude and, in my experience, that attitude creates an environment in which people are more willing to cooperate and strive to enjoy themselves. I tend to come across as extremely motherly and caring, and that's because I honestly do wish the best for everyone and hope to aid them in all areas. I'm quick to warn and correct, but always retain a polite attitude, even when the situation remains unchanged after a warning. The only thing that may hinder me from being a good mod is that I can't stand discussion about politics or religion, and may jump at that. Otherwise, I'm very creative and organized and love to spend extra time keeping everything neat and manageable. I'm a very active player.

Why should you be Helper? I think that everyone has something they believe they exceed in. I personally believe that my want to keep people feeling happy, and the patience that I possess in order to chat with people who need someone to talk to. Even if it means putting myself in an uncomfortable position. I also think there is a fine line between wanting to help people and knowing when I am being used/taking advantage of. I was raised to have a strong sense of justice, and if someone is doing something wrong to another or against rules, I won't let them continue if I have the power to do so.

When given a frustrating situation, I feel that I can offer many strategical ways to get things to calm down. For a long time in my life I struggled with depression. Instead of letting my past be a reason to gather pity, I use it as a way to connect with others who may currently be dealing with a situation like, or worse than my own. A strong belief of mine is that by reflecting on ones past, you achieve something called "mental toughness'. This attribute allows a person to get by their own fears and judgement, in order to succeed in fulfillment of a quest. It is because of this that I have utilized my past to help others deal with their own lives. Not only do I try to help those hurting, but I refrain from possibly causing anyone else angst by being gentle and mainly kind when Moderating. Of course, there are times when the kindness needs to step aside and you have to be firm and pressed, however I believe there is a certain way to do so, without causing a large ruckus.

What are your weaknesses? 1: Too Nice: Some people say that by trying to always stay positive and kind, it makes it so people believe they can push me around.
Solution: When presented with an issue, I will calmly address the situation, making sure to not cause greater havoc. If the situation begins to come out of hand, I will express a firmer repetition of what I had before.
2: Persistent: I have been told that I never give up. Usually this is a good thing for someone to possess, however some have said that I am toopersistent and I do not know when to give up.
Solution: Continue trying. I do not think that things come to you unless you work hard for them. As someone who has had to earn everything for themselves in their life, I understand this. In life, you need to be willing to give up everything at the flip of the hat. Never give up.
3: Seems Passive-Aggressive: The main thing I am always called is "Passive-Aggressive". This tags along with the first fault, I have been criticized for being too nice, and and then punishing someone after treating them kindly.
Solution: I do not believe that because I am a kind person, that means I cannot enforce the rules. I may be kind to you, however if you break a rule, I will report you. Just because I am kind does not mean I am a push-over, I will do my job no matter who you are to me.

I see no reason why you're not qualified to be staff. Anybody can be staff if they have the right mindset. Good luck and stay positive!

Hey there, I love the enthusiasm! Your application was nice, too. I watched you a bit in global, as well, and you definitely struck me as friendly, and outgoing. I'd really like to see you hang around the server more, and dig deeper into the community. I'd also love to see you investing more time into the server, picking up the experience with the environment around here. Loads of the work you do as a Helper is showing new players the ropes, and there are plenty of things that are unique to the server.

Getting into the community isn't a pain, it's easy and it's quite fun. Talk with people a lot in global, join a town and maybe become a part of your town staff, design a thing or two in Creative, chat with people on the Discord. Overall, I'm sure you'll find people to be pretty accepting. Always nice to make new friends! As I was reading this, I was thinking, "Oh my goodness, you could be me." I think we're very alike, haha.
I have only seen you in global chat a few times (that's probably my own fault, I don't pay attention to /g often), but what I have gathered from those few times is that you're very kind and mature.

TL ; DR:

• You use decent syntax and grammar in your application, which shows you did care about making an acceptable attempt at becoming helper
• Your Introduction is moderately strong and your "Why" is present, but neither are exceptional. However, they are acceptable and I do respect your flavor of writing demonstrated in your application.
• Your Weakness section is weak in substance as it does not have appropriate weaknesses in the application yourself. Being "Too Nice" or "Persistent" is more of a strength than a weakness

I haven't seen you all too much in forums or in game, but I do see that you're well on your way to becoming a great community member. +0.5.

I have never seen you in global ever (blame timezones), but your application was really good. You seem like a really nice person who just wants to help out on the server and I believe that you definitely have the right mindset for a helper position.

The only issue I can see is that I don't think you're the very well known person in the community. Just stay active in global chat and try and jump on discord a bit and then you'll be set!

It worries me that you are a staff member from an another server, which isn't viewed very positively here. However, you have mentioned that in your application, and your application was overall very nice. I appreciate the effort put into it, and I would be giving you a +1 if I knew you a lot more. I have never seen you on global or anywhere, nor on the forums, except the intro thread that was made a few days ago. My opinion is that you currently need more experience with the server, with the community, with discord, and basically with everyone. This server is not a server where you can get staff just by hopping in and writing a good application. Patience is key.

I will -1 this for now. If you have anything to say, please feel free to message me in game, discord, or on this forum.

Even though it was your app, I would like to has seen more effort and a new app made rather than an old one copied.

3.) I seen you online 1 time in my life, (maybe time zones who knows) and you literally got on, said hello, not even 30 seconds later you said goodbye.
you seem like a very nice guy, your app was fairly well, I think you will have a higher chance at this position if you resign from the other server, play more often and when you play don't play for 5 minutes, actually talk, communicate, get known (now idk if your on all the time but ive seen you once) and even if we have different time zones I can normally see a trace of people even if they aren't on when I'm on.
