Architect Application from buttfly29

You're 10 times more toxic and immature than I am.

Applying to become an Architect on any server is a serious position with only the upmost highest standards. Please take advice from other's and work on your attitude, and immaturity and re apply in 6 months.

Edit: Also your building quality is not great. You still have months if not years of building experience left to go before your builds could be considered decent.

I'm also noticing as I have in the past from other Applications that immature players who apply for staff positions only like (upvote) positive comments about their applications. I haven't noticed you liking or (upvoting) any negative comments on you Application. From a Psychological stand point this is implying you cannot take criticism.

It wasn't the past few days. The ban was like a month ago and the unban was a few weeks ago. I know that he hasn't reached the level of maturity yet.

It's funny because you were calling me jap just a few days before you got helper. And you improved. Let's see what he can do.

 

Regardless the fact that even if he was 'mature' or 'helpful' his builds are not considered decent from my standpoint. His building quality is weak, as well as his over all person. He needs to vastly improve himself mentally and build wise before applying for such a position or any position for that matter.

The rest of your post was spot-on though. While architects only build for the server and don't share responsibilities with other staff members, it's still not a good look to have an arch as immature as buttfly.

Based off what I've been reading of a lot of people saying about you, it looks like you should take some time off and rebuild yourself. Not trying to be rude or anything, but it's a good thing to take a break, hone positive skills, and come back with a newer and fresher perspective (Take it from a guy who's done it multiple times). Since the server is currently down, it's a perfect time to do that. Anyway, good luck and always look to improve.

 

I don't know if you're memeing or you really don't see how spamming is immature.

I'm not going to comment on your attitude and maturity because I feel that it has been brought up enough.

Your builds are pretty average, I reckon anyone would be able to build those houses after looking at other builds that are similar.
I really liked your jungle terrain, I'd say it was the best of your three builds, but it would be a lot better with more 'custom' features instead of what you'd find in a regular jungle biome in your world.

I'm currently a +/- : more architects would be nice, but I don't think that your builds are up to the standard that the server needs. Keep trying to improve and eventually your builds may be good enough for this position

I personally believe that as an architect, your social skills don't matter nearly as much as when you're actually enforcing the rules, like the other staff. I believe it's the building that matters. On top of that, seeing as I haven't been in game for probably about half a year now, I have no idea how mature or immature you are. Either way, I couldn't care less. Judging purely based off of the examples given in your application, it seems quite evident that you lack creativity, as all your builds are copies from somewhere else. Part of what's great about building in minecraft is so you can build things otherwise impossible in the real world.

Tl;dr regardless of everything to do with your personality and maturity, you lack the creativity necessary to properly fulfil the role as architect.

I don't really know if my opinion is "valid" in this situation. I have seen you a few times, thats my fault because im not very active on anything anymore. Everytime I have seen the name buttfly its been you saying something extremely immature, or a stupid question. I believe that your building style would not fit the server, considering we want the builds to be original and fresh. Definitely don't need your skills applied to the server.
