Introduction: Hello. My name is Roxy. I’m 26 years old, and I Iive in Western Australia by the beach. I have 2 dogs, and love photography.
I am currently on a break from my job, which is running a dance school. My job involves, dealing with students, parents and staff, as well as secretarial work, accounts, running the canteen, organising and running dance competitions and concerts with over 450 dancers. This experience has allowed me to not only work with people, enhancing my ability to work and deal with other individuals, but also handle logistically complex events

Why should you be Helper? I have been playing on the server for over 1 year now and know my way around all the different towny and server commands. I live in Australia giving me an advantage when it comes to my timezone, allowing me to get on when other staff have gone to bed.

With previous experience as staff on other servers I know all the prism commands inside and out.

Having experience in the dancing industry, I know how to work with children of all ages and handle difficult situations that others might struggle with.
I am a kind, caring person who will look after the people on the server getting the best outcome for all the individuals involved.

What are your weaknesses? I don’t really make conversation in global, but if someone asks a question I’ll answer it however apart from that I do most of my talking on Teamspeak not global. This can be an issue when it comes to those who do not have access or cannot use TeamSpeak. Regardless whenever somebody requires help or wishes to converse with me in game every effort to correspond is given on my part.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: So far my experience on Meep has been amazing, and I would certainly love to be a greater part of facilitating and working with the community.

 

+1 you are super kind, and a lot of fun to be around. Everytime I have interacted with you in game you have been nothing but nice and always ready to lend a helping hand. I have also seen you staff on another server and handle issues with players smoothly, without conflict. Additionally your prior knowledge of commands and plugins including prism is essential in my opinion.

As much as I love you and think that you will do great I have some reservations

- you should probably be more active on forums
- more active on discord
- more active in shout - helping and being friendly
- while working with you, you never had the drive to go above and beyond (trello, leadership)
- we don't have ts anymore heh ??
- just came back to meep full time
- short application, not up to par imo
- like me, you have a lot of friends and that can get you into trouble

I've been wait for this about a year now. It's about time!

 

You are still active staff on a crappy server until the 28th apparently.

On that note, it would be outright stupid to accept staff from a competitor that soon after and I would personally not accept anyone from any competitor for a period of three months, to be safe. There was a fair share of shady things originating from that server, I wouldn't let them into your home right after.

Your application was very weak, so i will therefore be judging you off my past with you, and although I usually really harp on the application, you have always stressed to me how writing is one of your weaknesses, so therefore I do understand this on some levels, just know you can always come to me for help.

I'll be honest I've wanted you as a helper since like the dawn of time when I met you, you are one of the most positive, active, and friendly people I know. Whenever I was facing a lot of the issues I had, you were there for me, almost like a 2nd mother to me. You're honestly one of my best friends, and I hope always will be. I admit, I have been on this server you were on, and you were a smod, but to me that shows you do have some levels of experience. I don't know if this was the right timing for this. However, seeing your activity and overall helpfulness and companionship I am genuinely proud of how far you've come in the past years I've known you. I am a +1 at this time for you becoming a helper, because I do want to see how you perform as a part of the team, Don't let me down! Hi, your application is extremely weak and is lacking detail in all areas, for example:

You could have put more information in here, like information about meep, how you found it, why you like it, and what pushed you to apply.

Also

This is extremely weak, you could have put in way more detail, you could have used headers, and yes knowing the commands is helpful but you also need to be able to communicate well with players and I myself haven't seen that of you.

For me it is a -1

-1, you were just high staff on Naturalis and I get the impression that you're just coming here because it's closing.

 

The only concern I have is that with you being so close to old chopper if he is unhappy with meep then you'd be the first to leave anything you're currently doing and go help him out. Apart from that you're almost as funny as your dog's and know how to handle tough situations having helped me out when things got messy with some old friends.

So, Roxy,

I have a few problems with you being helper, and they've pretty much been addressed above. One for sure, is coming back to apply on meepcraft because Jess's server closed. You don't get staff like that. The second reason is because you are barely on on global and interacting with various members of the community. You are known for your rank selling to get up on baltop, but I recommend you to take time be more interactive The third reason is your application. Applications shouldn't be written in ten minutes. It doesn't matter how nice and kind you are to other people if you write an application shorter than an average @CluelessKlutz post.
