Re-Adding Grappling Hooks, etc as vote items

Before the reset, there were grappling hooks (shears, you could click with them and essentially "grapple" up any surface or onto any block) that were purchasable from the spawn shop. I think it would be a fun idea to see these return as an item you could receive from Vote Crates, perhaps along with glass picks or some of those other special items. If you remember any of the other former special items please post below, and leave your opinion as well.

 

Sadly, the reason for its removal is the plugin is not compatible with versions beyond 1.8.

I think so too, that's why I think that they should be a fairly uncommon voting reward along the lines of the voting tools and such.

The only problem with making items like grappling hooks rare is that they have a durability; if there was a limit to how many times it could be used, I doubt many people will want to actually use it, and will probably keep it to show off, resembling the role of rare heads. Perhaps an "Unbreakable" tag should be added to these exclusive items?

My point is that there is still a limit to the durability; if we want people to actually use them instead of substitutes like ender pearls or blocks, I propose that the simplest way is to just make any custom items unbreakable, but rarer.

 

How about make them nearly unbreakable with a high level unbreaking enchantment.
