Rework mob stacking

    Mob stacking of peaceful animals makes it so animals can't breed properly, breaking a lot of farms and messing up the economy due to the lack of animal products. I have a few solutions to this.

    1. Completely remove mob stacking for peaceful mobs and add a mob cap for plots.
    2. Keep peaceful mob stacking but allow stacks breeding to create the proper amount of babies for the proper amount of wheat/seeds/carrots.
    3. Keep peaceful mob stacking but allow stacks to breed within themselves.
    I hope this is addressed.

    I think that instead of implementing a mob cap for plots, a more wise approach would be to start stacking when that limit is reached.

    Mob stacking can also be a problem for grinders with over 4 spawners. the mobs stack and if your sword is based on sweping edge it doesnt kill the mobs fast enough and they start to stack

    I think that the biggest issues that come from entity-caused lag probably originate from chicken farms since fully-automatic systems can be made that spawn an obscene number of chickens. However, I've seen various issues with grinders across Meep with the new stacking plug-in. I would be in favor of creating a mob cap per Towny plot and doing away with the stacking plug-in. However, I would not be in favor of removing some sort of mob limiter altogether.

    Elaborate please?

    In my opinion, we should keep mob stacking for chickens since they could be produced so easily. For the other animals, I believe the suggested solutions to be realistic.

    Mob stacking was added s a test to see how people would like it. Im 100% alright with a rework or removal if we cant come to common ground, But we may have to add a rule limiting farm sizes.
