Have an anvil @ warp towns

Maybe not that many people use the fishing dock at /warp towns (I do now...) but I think there should be an anvil there or in the building near by so we could use it to fix our fishing rods.

There are tons of pwarps that have anvils readily available. If there's an anvil over at /warp docks, then anvils lose their value. Pwarps provide enough anvils, and anvils can also be used as a small advertising point to familiarize people with a pwarp which provides them.

I think that they're a pretty cool item that should be made and maintained by players and not the server.

 

This sounds like a good addition, anvils are pretty cheap.

 

The idea sounds nice, but I'd say that they should be left for players to find. @Qazini said what I first thought: anvils are a great way for /pwarps to provide a service to attract players. A change from players to the server providing services should be in a way which allows the service to still exist, or players are left with less things to do. This same logic could be used with enchanting tables and ender chests, which would cut out all of these simple services many pwarps provide.

I like the idea, but I don't see a good implementation to protect shops. If one is provided, then I might change my mind.

I didn't ever make anvils when /pwarp mobs were around

 

Yeah, but the person who owned /pwarp mobs had to buy anvils, iron etc. to upkeep them. So anvils were still made which kept up the anvil economy
