Introduction: Hello I'm mow, Singer and builder extraordinaire I love to build and I love to meet new people and make new friends, I also love to help people when they Are needing help, I usually help friends and family thru tough times, I originally found meep while surfing the web for something fun to do and the instant I found it I fell in love with it, I just loved the player base and the way things were ordered (staff and warps).

Why should you be Helper? : I want to help the server build up its player-base and help those new players know their way around the server by helping them any way I can. I also want to Make sure the chat is safe 24/7/365 days a year since at night-time it's quite toxic and that's usually when I'm on.

What are your weaknesses? I find my few weaknesses are differently
1. Not thinking thru things completely before doing them: I do this a lot and have been trying to stop doing things without thinking e.g. making an 84 plot mansion at my legend outpost... (best idea ever)
2. Hiding my feelings, I do this ALOT and at times it will come out in severe anger bursts and I usually go to the basement of my home IRL and just scream and punch away at stuff.
3. Being a know-it-all; I'm exceptionally annoyed at this part of me and am still working on it and if I start being this way just tell me, please.

Mow you are very active and dedicated however I see a few letdowns. You are extremelyyyyyy immature and I'm surprised you didn't put this as your weakness. When I've been doing the build for you as well, on countless number of times I've told you 'I have school, I can't come on' but then it's like you are ignoring me and you are still constantly nagging me to do the build. I enjoy doing this build and I see a lot coming from it in the future but you need to gain maturity and respect what other people say.

In the past you've also been rude in chat and put 'xD's' after it. Not a mature thing to do, if you want to be a staff member. I also don't see you helping much in chat (more xD's lol.)

As much as you are active and dedicated it's a -1 from me but good luck buddy.

Those would be the things you would probably take out while editing your application.

Your references. You could use a couple more, and couldn't you also just take the time to see how it is spelled?

Overall I think you should take the time to, tell us a little but more about you, try to make your application more detailed, and try some of the suggestions in the comments that could make your application better! I think in the future you could make a great staff member. As of right now I don't think that you meet the requirements to become a staff member. I wish you the best of luck!

Plus, I don't think I'd really consider you staff material because your application says nothing. There's no details in how you'll be a good staff member, and there are multiple filler sentences in your application.

Overall, I can see the effort, and I can see you've taken people's feedback. However, I don't think it's descriptive enough in places. You need to persuade us as to why we should accept you onto the staff team.

Hey there Mow, I see that you've applied quite a few times for a number of roles but don't see any particular improvement in the application each time.

Throughout this application you have hardly talked about yourself and from reading it, I don't get an understanding of who you are away from Meep. Even if you think adding a sentence or two about being involved in a sport or a band is boring, it does reveal a lot about yourself and shows that you have skills that are necessary for being a member of staff, etc. teamwork or organisational skills.
With a lot of your answers, you need to expand and give more reasoning behind that particular point. This will show that you are able to take on a responsibility and are able to execute this, if needed.
For example:
* 'help the server build up its player-base' - How will you build up player numbers?
* 'help those new players know their way around the server by helping them any way I can' - In what ways will you help them?
Your weaknesses need to be personal and true to who you are. This doesn't mean 'making an 84 plot mansion at my legend outpost' but rather like you did for the last point. To add on from this, you can always talk about how, like I previously said, you can overcome and address these points.

I think if you were to apply again, if this application was to be unsuccessful, I would try to spend more time in writing it and sell yourself more. Tell staff how YOU would really make a difference to the staff team and why YOU are best suited to the job. As @Similaristic has said, take up someones offer to help you on writing your application. There should be no shame in asking for help, I even asked @EllieEllie on how to go about writing an application and for her to check it before submitting.

I hope that you take time to read my advice and take it seriously. For the time being I am going to leave it as a -1 but that shouldn't stop you from giving up hope on your next application, if you decide to. Good luck!!

 

I love to make short stories but apps are a little hard for me here's something I wrote on my plane ride back from NYC

Last year, we took a plane ride to “The Big Apple A.K.A. The city that never sleeps.” I felt a rush of happiness through my body as the engines powered up and we rolled down, and up, off the runway. As we were flying through the atmosphere, I felt a rush of joy as the city below was lit up like a Christmas tree.

After the plane came out of the clouds, the massive JFK airport of NYC came into view. Planes and lights riddled the sky and the ground. It felt like a baby threw around airplanes like they were toys, As I walked outside the airports front door a tower as tall as the imagination was sitting on the NYC skyline. As I looked to the streets, it felt like highways at 4:00 pm all day long. Traffic was terrible, but then I thought,”Well this must be NYC, The city that never sleeps.”
