Actually he isn't lashing out he is just stating a reply and giving them what they need to hear. its his opinion to those statements, Also he is actually stating a fact about demotion..As she brought up demotion first not Mag. also I find it very bias that kling was once demoted and then instantly promoted a week later? Yet vex is getting loads of comments from being demoted... and she is sorry for her mistakes.

 

As mentioned in my application, I plan on hoping to be more participating than I was in my past staff run, I believe that I have some ideas of my own that I think may benefit the economy, and so getting staff and be able to partake in mine and others suggestions, will also help me understand meep in depth and I may come up with more useful Ideas and get the best points for them from staff themselves, I understand the issue with Mag going on my account can be mind boggling and that is what is putting the comments on edge, but I can assure you that any time I will come online will be me, as mentioned, I just had a change of room decor, and therefore couldn't access my account to give hin the nutrcracker

I have tried to tell him replying to my app would not end on good terms, he did this on his own accord.

I understand your point, and if I happen to not get accepted this time I will make sure when I do apply again I will surely work on the issues that are arising

 

don't blame vex for mag's comments they are 2 different people you idiots and can we just appreciate that its vex applying not mag even though they are together its vex's choice if she is with him but don't put mag in front of her name just because he replied to your comments.

Okay well lets just appreciate vex's love life and her social life are 2 different things and that actually just because she is with someone who chooses to be toxic doesn't mean it should effect her app you are taking this way too far and By the way clue is boom's brother. Mag is vex's Boyfriend they are both VERY different things And vex is a great person in our community so if we cant trust her who can we trust? she is a great member who is rarely ever toxic or rude to people which is VERY rare to find she broke our trust once but we all make mistakes she is only human so for you to judge her completely because she has a toxic boyfriend or because she broke meep's trust once is very immature and quite sad.

 

They're not saying it isn't Vex's application or that they're not two different people. The fact is, I get Mag wants to stand up for her but all it has done is made it seem like she can't answer questions on her own application. Or that when something happens, he will just be in there trying to be as involved as possible by making derogatory comments at the people who have spoken with concern (for example here), despite it being staff work. Unfortunately, this is what breeds the rumours of biased behaviour.

People that don't know the two as well will most likely be left with the impression that they're not just hiring Vex, they're hiring Vex and a toxic (sorry Mag) member of the community.

I completely get where you're coming from, and I agreed to be a reference for Vex despite my thoughts on how Mag would affect her (although unsure where my name is) because I have seen first hand how chat can flare up and she has been unable to handle it due to Mag (as in, people making comments about them and their relationship, not Mag himself so please don't twist this comment. That wasn't Mag's fault, that was some people from the general community being garbage to her). Unfortunately some people can be mean because a LOL from someone on a Minecraft server is worth more than treating people with respect and kindness. I believe, from being a helper with a couple of weeks experience to the person she is today, that she can completely deal with this now and handle it with grace and firmness.

From being staff through both of the demotions, I have seen the reasons why it happened (minor things compared to what could have been, it's still leaking I know, but not the worst case staff has probably seen). I have no doubts about Vex herself, I enjoyed working with her. I have said this to her, so she knows my thoughts already about how her relationship may be seen by some people. But I know how much Vex wants this so I fully support her, just as long as she is allowed to work through things and defend herself on her own, which I know she can do.

Just to point out additionally, that most people who have commented on this subject want Vex to succeed, we are in no way being immature and sad, we are doing it because we know she can get the job done if she is allowed to do so on her own terms and show how independent and valuable she can be.

 

I must’ve forgotten to add you as a reference. Apologies about that, and for everyone. I understand why Mag commenting shouldn’t be here. I was planning to get to them in my own time but since this has flared up I had decided to comment at the most recent times possible. I do think that I can make a turn around of myself and I think I should be trusted enough to at least get accepted for interview so I can show you how much meep means to me and how badly I would like to participate in the growth of meep once again. I can only apologise for leaking as there is no other way around this than to accept it and just make my way though this. If I get staff Mag will have no influence what so ever on my gameplay, and any actions I will partake are completely on my own accord. I am in no way blaming Mag for starting this flare up. As he did nothing wrong per say, But we have had a talk and we both agreed it wasn’t the best thing to have done.

 

You are correct but it’s more or less the unnecessary drama that comes with it. His comments were uncalled for and the lashing out is childish. Vex is a great girl and I hope she gets helper but her boyfriend needs to learn when it’s needed to keep his mouth shut and his opinions to himself. It makes it hard for the staff team to decifer to bring her in when that drama ultimately comes with her.

Some comments have made me very angry, since everyone is commenting about Mag even though its vex's application.. also its tricky for vex to answer these comments as she doesn't want to come across as arrogant or rude for not respecting someone's opinion.

 

That's understandable, but it's also understandable to see why they are doing that. And I get that, but if someone else sort of answers for her, I think that's a tad worse, y'know. No one minds if someone has just made a comment and the applicant hasn't replied. It's when they ask a direct question that it looks as if they're avoiding it. Applicants don't really have to answer any comments at all if they don't want to. Mag's comment was just uncalled for in my opinion, but I wanted to explain why, in reply to your comment, instead of just lashing out and people thinking I didn't want Vex as staff because of it.
