Bulk sell signs at /warp farming

A sign to sell more than one stack at a time for each item at /warp farming would make it quicker to cash in on crops. Right now, it takes me forever to sell all of my cactus and pumpkins. Wouldn't it be better if there were a sign to speed this process up? Maybe there could be a cost for the convenience e.g. lowering the sell price by 200 meebles or something of the sort.

I think this makes sense. If the signs are created to only work with giant bulk amounts then players can use them to sell all of a farm item from their inventory which I think would be the smartest bulk sell system for crops.

Enabling player to sell in "bulk" is the opposite of what the /warp farming was designed to do in the first place. Selling in stacks of 64 is perfect as is (concerning the amount sold). I do think that prices should be adjusted slightly though.

That's why I suggested we used the jobs plugin for farming, as it requires players who want to make money from crops either only make it from the player base or through manual labor, but people said the farming job was an infinitely growing job then because you can replant crops.

 

Agree. Auto-farms do not need any more advantage.

Basically, prices are set based on several factors:

• Limit on selling items is easy (roughly 2 inventory full a minute of selling at a stack of 64 a time).
• Limit on crafting items is not always a factor in every item (but can be factored for items that can).
• Limit on obtaining items depends if the automatic farm can be created (this is the most troublesome part).

I will make up a list this weekend on all Shop items in another thread.

This is why this suggestion could be denied: for removing the main limit to "/warp farming"--the time it takes to sell those items.

 

Yes exactly, by selling in bulk 2304 (inventory full) you can sell like 12-15 full a min instead of only 2-3 at 64.

 

I see no reason why this shouldn't be added, good idea. Accepted.
