Introduction: Hello my name is Tom or Thomas, Ive been playing MeepCraft for around 4 years. Ive alsways Loved the amount of creativity and imagination I can put into my work. Ive been playing Minecraft for a few years now and always been interested in what other players are building and take inspiration. When I was young I always used to play with Lego and make the most craziest builds. Now I am older I have to think of my future and jobs, Architecture or anything in Design is something I would love to do.

Why should you be Architect? I think I am a descent Builder and want to put my abilities into the server and Help in anyway possible and being a Architect has always been a job Ive wanted to do in Real Life and on the server.
My favourite themes of builds has to be Medeivel and Suburban-Modern and I have noticed both of these are a regular theme for builds on the server which makes it easy and fun for me to help anyone in building, plus I love learning new types of builds which I can aslo do on the Server.

What builds have you completed on the server and where might they be located? I have completed multiple builds both on the server and on other server, My builds on the Server are on Creative, on my plot. As Medievel is one of my most favourite types of builds I have made a rather medium sized Medievel Village on ValientMC.net

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: Purchasing a new PC is one of my future plans so the server won't be as laggy and much easier for to acces World Edit and Voxel.

How much experience do you have using Voxel and Worldedit? I am sadly not able to download Wolrd Edit on my Laptop but i have used small World Edit in the past on servers (Wooden Axe).
Purchasing an ew PC is a future plan of mine but not not sure when. I have watched many YouTube videos on World Edit and Voxel so i'm relitively okay with the basics.

-1. All you have to show is one build, that's a relatively low amount of hours and like some others, the mideivel theme is well covered by the current staff and the build you do show is extremely generic. your a good person but right now you just don't show enough for a +1

Glad to see you apply for the architect position!
Unfortunately I’m going to have to -1 this application as it is, because I find that, though they are pretty, your builds lack detail.
I also am tired of seeing Medieval builders, we have seen so many in the past, and I think we have to diversify our styles.
A little tip, if I was to apply for the architect position, I’d take one or two months to really sharpen and perfect my World Edit and Voxel (which you have shown none of) skills and make an album full of large scale builds, terrain forming, and overall any builds which proves my capabilities and my knowledge of these plugins, which is what you’ll essentially be using. You’re definitely a sweet person, and socially qualified, but your builds just need a little working on before you’re completely ready.

Dont be so reliant on world edit btw use /fill if you dont know how to ask me and ill teach you what i know

ah okay, i have been watching many youtube vidoes on world edit plus if i ever didnt know about anything i could easily find out on youtube.

 

-1. here's why: You don't/won't contribute anything that nobody else can. If mechanical skill mattered, literally anyone could be architect. What makes you special? Show something nobody's made before, and it's a +1. You're a nice dude, but a pretty meh builder.

 

You are a decent builder but there are too many medieval builders, sorry.

Thank you for applying to the Meepcraft Team. We appreciate that you have taken the time to write your app for the chance to join the Meepcraft team. The higher staff and Alex have come to an opinion that your builds look great, but they aren't at the standards we need. We believe that in time you may have that in you.

We have found you have shown interesting ideas and I'm glad you built the little village, which reminds me of the current town spawn area. This shows that you are looking into developing your skills in building areas not just structures.
As stated elsewhere in the app, we try not to judge on Medieval as its been done to death. So we are happy you have tried to diversify your builds, although its not many.

So to break it down.

Buildings- (on the way)Diverse styles but need more to help judge what you can do with different themes. Your style is at 75% We feel you can give a little more to make your builds 'POP'. I think the modern build needs more work, be it getting put in a landscape or adding more to it.

Interior- (x) Need more to judge.

Large scale- (x) You have the town but I wouldn't class it as going that extra mile.

As of yet we feel you are not there, but you have it in you, although I do understand you have been in constant contact with Alex to progress yourself. This may be a set back but keep going and keep trying Rome wasn't built in a day.
For now this is declined.
