Denied Ban appeal: xray...

Can you prove it? Besides I dont give a crap about most iron and coal

Ok I will conclude this now.
I would like the mods to come to a decision.
I can make this easier for you, I will lay out the arguments from the for and against sides as unbiased as possible. Everyone else, observe the no posting rule here.
For my ban:
-MrHollyWoot's video (look at DianaB72's post) that shows him using whatever plugin and looking though the shaft and thinking I was xraying because at the end of most tunnels there was stone where he placed the wood.
That's pretty much it for that. Correct me if I missed anything.

Against my ban:
-I claim that I indeed found ores and that if MrHollyWoot had looked more, he would have seen that I found actually ores therefore isn't xraying because of the anti X-ray plugin. (This would only be true if the anti X-ray plugin shows false ores.)

-I claim that if I X-ray and play in wild an hour a day, I would be rich and have many diamonds and stuff, which I don't, so I don't X-ray

-There is an anti X-ray plugin, so there would be no way to actually X-ray anything successfully, doesn't it lag your minecraft?

-I claim there isn't enough proof in the video, may or may not be true.

Anyways, after looking at my facts, I basically have more reasons than MrHollyWoot, although that may not really matter. Now I would like to know if the mods think that the video is proof enough or if I have enough facts to support this appeal.
You guys can complain if you think my facts are biased, I feel that they are not since the mods really haven't responded so they don't really have much proof. If the people for my ban have any more evidence, ignoring my history please *cough Captainali cough*, please post it.

You are completely wrong in some of your statements. The anti xray plugin puts ores all over the place when it isn't actually there, as you can see from MrHollywoot's video. Thus, you saw many false ores whn you were xraying, so you mined towards the false ores, thinking they were legit. But they weren't, thus, you mined stone, which HawkEye showed very clearly.

To be honest I think the ban should stay. I read all of your comments zz. If they banned you for x-ray before/duping, we all know if you get unbanned you will do it again. The video shows enough proof. Also what you said about the "I would be rich if I xrayed" that is false since people stay under the radar. People can still X-ray. If the staff has banned you for X-ray before I'm pretty sure that they would keep you banned. Also for that one thing the chest with diamonds (don't know if mn or not) if you suspect us to believe it, you sir are a true ignorant person. Aside from that, I saw in the video near the end if mining straight to gold ore isnt xraying, then I dont know what is. Saying that the video doesnt have a lot of proof is crap. What i just said can be enough proof. I bid you good day sir.

 

I'm really really REALLY sorry for posting, I'm aware of the rule but I don't think zzq2wj deserves to be banned. Him and I kind of stay organized and go sporadic as well. I don't see any proof of X-Ray and also if I payed that much on a server I wouldn't just take that sort of a risk. He doesn't deserve that. I'm sorry once agaiin but all of the evidence I saw was circumstantial.

The_sexy_ninja I was saying that MrHollyWoot placed wood at the end of the tunnel, findin that I broke stone. If I X-ray then I would mine there and there wouldn't be ores right? I claim that there were ores and MrHollywoot missed them.

 

zz2qgj I have found other tunnels you have dug and find x-ray use there too. Its not just at the place where this video is taken. Many people still try and x-ray even if there is anti x-ray.

 

Matt... The anti X-ray plugin hides ores, says sexy ninja. I said to not use my history in this, because I have no ban history for X-ray. And I already explained then "duping" incident. Town raids are legal, so that should be legal too. Yes it was mn when everything was crap.
So. I find that you are completely ignoring everything I've posted, and if you had read my posts, you would have known that the gold ore the happened apon.
Matt... There wasn't a chest of diamonds. The chest up there was placed by me. I took diamonds from the underground area and put them put them in the shop.
Alright, saying that I "duped" isn't proof, the anti xraying plugin would have prevented me from seeing gold ore so that would be impossible, so where's ur proof?

I really only remember digging 1 other major tunnel... Actually not much since the wild reset

 

Wait, how is that possible? That cave that mrhollywoot was in is the only cave i dug since the reset. The rest were all shrine raids.
My other unsuccessful mining base was reset, so you cant have found any other caves.

Anyways, you do not need the X-ray mod to xray, to my understanding, there are X-ray texture packs that are not effected by the plugin in any way

 

No xray textures only show caves. The ores, even if they are visible in the pack, are hidden. I don't know why

 

How long ago WAS that lol Ive only made 1 cave since the reset... How the heck does it 10-2-13 cause I never made a 1 by 2 cave in the new wild
