Introduction: Hi, I'm TrinityIV, I've been playing on MeepCraft since Novemeber 2012. I'm a 14 year old boy from Toronto. I'm typically a shy person but once you get to know me I'm pretty outgoing and open. I like to play League of Legends when I'm not playing MineCraft or I watch League of Legends streams or videos in my off time on YouTube.

Why you should be Helper/Mod ? I think I should be a Helper/Mod because I've been dedicated to this server for so long and I feel I should give back to the server another way then donating. I'm typically a nice and generous person.

Experience: I honestly haven't been staff on many servers so this is a new thing for me. I'm a slow learner but I tend to get the hang of things once I'm organised with commands. I've been playing for almost 2 years now and I know the community pretty well. I have experience working with other people since I worked 3 years in my school library checking out books for 30+ kids once a week, the kids get to know me and I get to know them.

Work Ethic: Since I worked in my school library, I must be neat and organised. I sort and shelve many books, I often shelve about 100+ books each week during my days in elementary school. I have to organize and sort books many books with barcodes like (eg 0.01 abc 0.02 abd).

Dedication: I've been playing on this server and I absolutely love it, I owe so much to this server because he has made me feel happy for so long. I'm honestly dedicated to something I love. I've been League of Legends for 3 years and I'm still dedicated. I would go above and beyond to do something for a certain person, if they ask for me to go the store about a kilometer away, I would do it.

Involvement: I've been involved with the community for so long, random noobs sometimes ask me for help and I don't just ignore them, I actually help them with commands and where to get money or xp. I sell things for a cheap price because I feel that other people are taking advantage of them by making it more expensive for more money.

Performance: Performing under pressure isn't strong for me, I usually stutter and deepen my voice and I know that shows. When I'm under pressure I have butterflies in my stomach, I guess my body reacts to same to nervousness, anxiousness and when I'm under pressure.

Justification: I know that being helper is an incredible responsibility to take on, in my household I have to do everything for my parents besides cooking, they barely know how to use technology so my brother and I have to help them from using a computer to working a tv. I need to translate cantonese to English and it's a pretty tough job, most of the words they use I barely know since they're immigrants from china. My responsibility as an immigrants child to help them adjust to life here, I have to answer their calls from the bank and call businesses for them because they don't can't speak fluent English. I know that if I can handle situations like these I can take on a bigger challenge like helper.

Weaknesses:
Ban History: I know that I don't have a squeaky clean ban history like a baby's bottom, I've been banned for duping in MN and exploitation in old meep. I have very few bans since new meep and started and I hope you can look past this since my ban is "history".

Activity: Since I'm entering high school I know that I need to focus and get good grades, I know that I'll be on for atleast an hour a day when high school starts. I'm not very talkative on TS but I try to talk when I can since my mom talks like a fire truck and I don't want you to hear that, other than that I chat In TS.

Stubborn: My dad has always told me that I've been stubborn since I could remember, I would never change my mind about going somewhere but I always let it go down the drain. I'm not stubborn when it comes to people, my dad has always told me not to be stubborn when meeting people and I never am. If someone was mean to me I forget that and try to be buds.

Shyness: I'm VERY shy when it comes to meeting new people, I just don't have the guts to talk to new people, I usually wait for them to talk to me. I'm very shy when it comes to talking to people I usually I do talk to, if my parents or brother makes me call someone it takes me about 10 minutes for them to convince me to so it.

Conclusion: I tend to be shy around others and stubborn when meeting people, if I'm helpers I'm sure that I can overcome this. I do realize this a big responsibility from what I have right now and I know that I can do a good job at it. If you can look past my ban history I'd appreciate that since I know that gets in the way a lot.

You've written a nice app and you're not a bad person, but there are lots of things you can improve on, however I don't think you'd be a bad staff member. Although I do think you may take some time to get into it.

From viewing your past actions and attitude & personality, all I can say is if you were to get Helper, I'm sure you wouldn't last long. I understand everybody makes mistakes and people change but you need to show that.

If you are going to do something immature days before applying for Helper, don't expect to get accepted. I suggest apologising and thinking before you do stupid things.

If you've scammed someone and wish to make things right, apologising and possibly repay them. Staff are meant to help others and be role models of the server. You need to show your worthy of a staff position.

Welp, here goes!

Activity in Minecraft: Although we do not have the same timezones, I see you communicating with others very often. You're hours on per day is in the correct zone, as you don't want to stress by playing a virtual game too much or play the game too little to perform your job decently. You've been here for a long time, so I assume you know the rules well and some oldies well . There's not too much to say in this part because it fits almost perfectly with my standards. Also, I like how it's seems more set than some applications varying from 1 hour all the way to 12 hours.

Forums Activity: You joined the forums on my birthday! How did you know when the best day to join the forums was! You're fairly active on forums, but I suggest pushing it up a bit. No, it is not really necessary to have 1000 posts, but 200 posts doesn't seem enough, considering how quite a few of them were a bit mean and immature. Try to reduce the amount of caps you use, because it really bugs people, especially me. Caps aren't as good of a way to speak compared to bolding the word. I would have to say that your forums activity is decent, but isn't too exceptional.

Teamspeak Activity: I've only seen you a couple of times due to my inactivity on Teamspeak, but I don't really see you talking. The blue button never lights up on your name, so I feel that you are a bit shy. Being shy isn't a bad thing, but sometimes you can widen up the circle. Because I saw you a few times before on TS3, I'm not too worried about that. :3

Application: Application was long, and it told a lot of information about you. Introduction was not fit for me; I did not really like it. You could have posted some more things, like about your experiences in Meepcraft, or what happened in towny for you. The Weaknesses section was better than I thought, so I guess that would make up for your lacking intro. Many people want to just get that section over with as fast as possible, but you made it nice and long. The 'Why' was also very good, and in all, it was incredibly organized. One of the few things I found wrong with the application is that you forgot to put how you are sometimes very argumentative.

Maturity: This one is also a biggie. To me, I see you act more childish here than most, but I don't think that will hinder you're capabilities. People are different, and are obviously allowed to have fun or just troll around . There are times where your attitude gets a bit annoying. I've seen constant fights in shout from you, and everyone joining sides. The stubbornness is what I think is causing all of that. It's good to stand your ground, but not in every situation. Sometimes you just need to back down.
