Introduction:
Well, it’s me again! I’m back, applying for staff after taking consideration of your guys’s advice from my last application. Once again, I’ve been playing on meepcraft for just under a year. I’ve met players, do sports, and get on meep to have a good time!

Now, since last time, when a ton of people though my app was a “troll” and they denied it, I’ve improved on what I could. I will go over more of my skills in the bottom portion, but for now I’d like to discuss some other things on Meep to know about me. I’m a Meepcraft supreme, with plenty of chances to become an ultimate, yet I couldn’t find a rank seller. I love to PvP, and while the server may not have the best lag-free pvp, I take more interest in pvping with people I know rather than toxic strangers. My ban history is rather short, compared to those of my friends, and like Iate, I’d like to join the staff team to benefit the server.

Why you should be Helper/Mod ?
Experience: Being a staff on multiple servers, I’m very experienced with commands and what to do in situations. Other than working for Kdoch’s dad, I own 3 dogs which teach me how big responsibility is in a job. I care for them, and they’re the best dogs honestly, but it’s easy to see how irresponsible people can go wrong. I’m also familiar with hacks, as I have used them before (NOT ON MEEP, DON’T WORRY.)

Work Ethic: When I start something, I finish it. Determination is key, and knowing the reward you get after is also part of it. Recently, I’ve been trying to help with catching hackers in kitpvp, and centrum. You’ll see on my threads I’ve done, there’s been plenty of reports from players I catch. Most of them end up getting banned, which gives me a good reputation with catching hackers (You’re welcome flame )

Dedication: I’ve been on this server for just under a year now as stated before, and seen many stages of it. One example I can show is my dogs, they’ve both been alive for 5-7 years thanks to my hard work

Justification:
I see that many players today are struggling with other staff. Whether it’s arguments, or that modreqs take up to 30 minutes, I’d like to be a cause that players get along with staff. (We’re all players, aren’t we?) Being familiar with commands and hacks, it’ll be a great combo to add to a towny-pvp server

Involvement:
I’m mostly active around peak hours, and also the off peak hours meaning I get to know plenty of players. Many of the players probably have heard of me, and some take a liking to me, you could say. I myself would say that I'm active on most/all aspects on the server, As I'm always on the forums in my free time, I'm active on pretty much all of the servers on Meep, and I just don't stick to one. I’m on TeamSpeak oftenly, but I’m more active on Skype.

Weaknesses:
Rudeness - Sometimes I tend to come off as “Rude” or mean to other players, I’m not sure how to express myself without using a creepy smiley-face, so if I say something sarcastically, it could come off as serious without some hint of sarcasm. I also see myself as quite a judgmental character, as I sometimes disagree with some activities on server that I do not approve of.
Ban History - My ban history may seem kind of long, but it’s in the past. I’ve changed since then, realizing it gets boring being banned every day for an immature thing. Also, why not give a second chance on players changing? Look at Iate. He used to be like me, yet look at him now Instead of focusing on the past, why not focus on what could be the future?
Argumentative - Usually, I like to get people to see my point of view, because of that I tend to have people try to take my side as well on it, which I have been trying to fix.
Slang/Accent - This isn't really all that much of a weakness, But I thought I'd add it in anyway. I often use slang words and most of the time people don't understand me or pick up what I'm saying on Teamspeak. This is probably the only weakness that I cant see that I will get over (As It's pretty hard to just change your accent over night ;p)

Conclusion:
I know my last app was denied because half of you guys thought it was a joke. Since then, I’ve taken meepcraft more seriously. I feel like I’ve proved myself worthy enough to gain your trust with the changes I’ve had recently. If you would like, please do vote with your honest opinion. I’d love to see all kinds of feedback.

I've seen major improvement from you. You have reported many hackers' you're extremely active on all aspects, and you can be mature when you it's necessary.

Nope. Your past is not far behind you. Your rudeness is also something I do not believe is staff material.
I am giving you a -/+ because I guess if Iate gets a damn shot who am I to try and say no. Plus the recent staff demotion problem makes me think the quality of staff chosen doesn't matter.

It's so uncomfortable for me to see you responding to someone without harassing them. You have changed so much in the last month or so, and I feel that the only reason was for trying to get into staff. So yeah, I feel like you only switched your attitude around to look like a kiss up and get staff. However, this isn't going to work on me.

You have been known to be very explosive and not have the best control over your emotions. You remind me a lot of MattIsAPerson as you two are very similar in terms of language and mindset.

I don't believe you have tryharded enough to change my opinion of you. I still envision you as a raging, uncontrollable, whiny child who will never be able to have the maturity or responsibility to handle the daily tasks of staff work.

You might want to work to change that opinion I have of you.

edit: oh, and after reading your application, I noticed that most of your points don't have any relevance. I wouldn't suggest that taking care of a dog and babysitting children on a minecraft server are even remotely close in terms of commitment required.

Draqq, I am going to have to give a +0, only because of your past. I have seen a ton of improvement in you, but I'm not sure it's enough. I do wish you luck though.

Draqq, I can honestly say I've seen a huge improvement in you. From your recent posts on the forums, to in game, to your countless report a players, I can see that you've changed for the better.

My only aversion is due to your actions in the past and your ban history, as I can't be positive as of now that you really have changed, and are not just sucking up to get staff.

I'd love to hear you in an interview, though.

•The only reason for the +.5 is because what you said about iate. You were using another staff member with an extensive ban history as an excuse to make you staff. That really bothered me a lot, but other than that, I think you can handle the job as staff.
