Introduction: Hey meep, bet you never thought you would see a staff app from me right? You all probably know who I am. I am Jeffhill1997. I joined Meepcraft almost 2 years ago. I quickly fell in love with server attributes such as vshop and towns and never looked back, dropping almost every other server I played on in the process. I have been playing ever since, and even brought multiple friends along that would one day become donators (Laminatedrake11, Brendanz12, Arsenal_HD) and 2 friends who would one day become Meepcraft Staff (BasketCaisse21 and Jacknat96). Most of you probably know what I do on a daily basis but for those of you who don't. All I do is make meebles.

Why you should be Helper? I am not going to sugarcoat it and make it sound like I am some perfect person who you guys should do backflips for to grab as a staff member, I'm not. But I do have some attributes that are helper worthy. I am VERY active on Meepcraft's server and Teamspeak. I am very well known in the community. I know a lot about the community and individual players. I have learned to be respectful about other people's points of views and opinions (there was a time were i was getting weekly bans for yelling at people for being religious and have different viewpoints than me). I have became friends with most people that are on Teamspeak regularly and have formed friendships with many players.

What are your weaknesses? I don't like to talk about this much but the people who spend any significant amount of time with me probably won't be surprised, but i am Bi-polar and have anger issues. One second I felt on top of the world, making jokes and having a good time, and then the next second I would feel as if nothing in life is worth waking up for, to which Meepcraft was the only way of me projecting this anger out, resulting in weekly bans. I have worked on these issues greatly over the past 6 months. About 6 months ago I made a promise to Dianab72 that I was "turning a new leaf". I worked on being more respectful, being nicer, and working on my issues. I got a counselor I see once a week, I log of if i am feeling angry instead of yelling, and I have not been banned since that day that i made the promise, which has been almost 6 months which is an insane improvement to the weekly bans i use to get.

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: TLR I play a lot, have learned to be tolerant and respectful, and have made improvements that made me able to better my life and have lead me to a point in my life where I feel I can help Meepcraft and its community. I already know i am going to get a ton of -1 due to my past actions, but if you don't think i should be staff because of actions 6 months+ ago, please reconsider your personal vendetta.

+1. Yes, big deal, he advertised his application. But in all honesty, that's just about the only negative I can think of, Jeff. You have so much potential and I believe you have what it takes to take on the responsibility that being staff requires. You and I are great friends, (in my opinion), which has given me many opportunities to have conversations with you on Skype and teamspeak. This has provided the opportunity for me to see how you are as a person. And let me tell you, just about anyone would feel comfortable going to you for help and/or assistance regarding just about anything. You are most definitely not bias, you are active, you are willing to help when needed and you are kind. You are one of the rare pupils whom I believe could land up with a red title next to their ign. I know you have potential and I'd love to see you on the staff team

I see you all the time in global chat, and I mean all the time. Unfortunately, I rarely see you having a conversation in normal chat - it's always advertising /pwarp spawn, /pwarp bet, /pwarp market, /pwarp jeff, etc whatever else they are. On top of that, when you do talk in chat it seems like you have an attitude/patience problem. I remember one time there was someone trying to download optifine - and he just didn't understand. You did explain it to him a few times, but in the end you called him "dumb, stupid, and a waste of space.". No staff member should talk to anyone like that, no matter how annoying, immature and/or little the player understands. I really don't care about that, although advertising your app is, like banana said, frowned upon. Moving on to some positives, you are very active and you know everything there is to know about the server.
Improve on the things I mentioned and I may raise my vote.

+0.75 as you said, you truly are active In game and in teamspeak. You just need to improve your forums activity-also, as another guy mentioned, you dont help people really often. You are just advertising your shops. Improve and my vote will change.
