Sorry but for an old staff you know what it takes to make an app. It was very weak.

I know my app was weak and I could come up with tons of excuses that could maybe change your mind but I'm not gonna. Hopefully you can see past my poor excuse of an app and see through it and care about how I act or how I treat others instead and how I would help.

 

Absolutely not, he's a great guy outside of his app. He will be a good staff member. +1

Right now I am a -1. We've gone way way back, a couple years now, when you were staff and I have seen the good work you have done. However, I have also seen some very malicious things come out of you as well, and this concerns me. I think you need to stick around awhile, and perhaps in the future this would change depending on how reassured we'll continue to see the good work again.

 

At this moment, i'm a heavy -1. Your staff work was sub-par, and I've seen a lot of very angry emotions come from you.

To address the point you will make against this argument, yes. I am somewhat biased. You slandered the staff work I achieved prior to my hiatus of the server, and that does not sit well with me.

To add on to my -1, this is not something a staff member should ever do. Staff members should be graceful and take negative feelings in stride - this is not a quality I am convinced you posses.

I'm not sure you're really fit for staff at the moment.
Don't get me wrong, I do like you. But obviously I'm not going to be biased and +1 you just out of friendship.
My point is;

• You can be slightly rude sometimes.
• You called me a hacker (But that's normal, don't worry. A lot of people do. Although as staff you still shouldn't accuse anyone of hacks until you have evidence).
• Sometimes immature, sometimes mature. It's a little on and off.
• I guess you could say a tiny bit short tempered.

BUT;

• You can also be a really nice guy.
• Really helpful.
• Respectful.
• Active.
