Storing Stocks

So the whole stocks thing, great! Except 1 small problem... What if I want to buy say, 30,000 stocks?
I would have to do it in about 30 stages, then find a lot of places to store them. It gets pretty inconvenient.

Here's my idea (it's pretty simple). When you buy a stock, it gives you a piece of paper. That piece of paper represents all your stocks from that company. It has a number on it. So if you buy 30,000 stocks from Apple then the paper would say all the current information it shows, and 30,000 at the top. If you sell 10,000 of them then it would read 20,000 at the top. This makes it a lot easier to store stocks. The only problem now is making sure you don't lose that piece of paper!

I would like to hear other ideas for tackling this problem

I got another idea. What if stocks were virtual? You could type like /stock list or something to see how much stocks you own.

Yeah, we thought of this. It does make sense. However it is nice having something 'physical' to represent them.
Also you can trade them if they are binded to an item

 

Correct :O But: There could be another command like /stock sell <player> <Stock name> <ammount> <price per one>. this way, a msg would appear in the other player's chat and he could /stock accept/deny.

The 30,000 was an example. I was going to buy 10,000 stocks however storage became too difficult and dangerous.

I personally own about 4,000 stock from a couple different companies and I like to be organized so I need about 3 doublechests to keep it organized. I don't like the virtual idea because that would completely change how the stock system works and it would be horrible to change from paper to virtual. I do support the paper saying all of the details though I still think there would be difficulty switching to that as well.
