Like, rrrr. (If anything, at LEAST enable it in /msg)
Let us use 3 letters of caps. RRRr. (Again, at least in /msg, maybe I want to scream to my friends.)

It's annoying, and as someone that already has difficulties reading in some formats, it's really really annoying.
