Why should you be Helper? Because I believe being cheerfull and helpful can improve the meepcraft community. I am on a lot and am hardworking and determined to make all of the other mod's lives a lot easier. I try to resolve any troubles and conflicts meeps have even of right now.

What are your weaknesses? Getting upset by something said in chat. I could REALLY improve by just calming down and being like "I really don't know them" and let it fly

Hey there! I'll be a -1 for the following reasons.

Firstly, TeamSpeak is required for interview, staff meetings etc.. You can download it here. I've never seen you on forums or in game, or helping. You need to improve your activity!

Now onto your application. This is very lacking. Your introduction was meh, I mean, you could have written more. Try not to write about Meep in your introduction, this is the part to introduce yourself, talk to us about yourself not Meep. Your why was also very short, you say you are on lots but I never see you. Explain more on the points about your determination etc..

You said your weakness is getting upset by something said in chat. Tell us how you can improve that. We like to see people improving on their weaknesses, not just letting them be there forever. It shows us you are trying to improve into a better self.

I'm also going to have to be a -1, here's why.
Although you seem like a really friendly and helpful person, more activity is really what you need. I haven't seen you a lot, and that isn't a good thing. You also need people to be able to see you and be able to know what your like to give ratings on your application. Also, just a quick note, editing your application is a bit frowned upon. Try not to try to edit this application.

 

Much to my discomfort ik that this app is short but im literally dying to help people maybe have more people like me .

While you are very friendly, I don't believe you are 15. Maturity is seariously lacking.I believe you also need more time to learn towny commands.

Also if this does get denied, I suggest reading some accepted applications.

 

Editing your application is highly frowned upon and will possibly be reverted back to its original post unless you had heavily edited it.

The application was below average just from me going through it. An average 15-year-old would know how to type a much better application from this. But just from reading it, you're an active and hyper player just from your sentence structure (which is a good thing). This tells me that you always have a good attitude no matter what.

The one thing that really bugs me is using smileys in your application. Try to make it look more professional other than making it look like it was typed after having more than one cup of coffee in the morning. Other than that, the intro looks great.
Unless if you don't really drink coffee, I dunno what makes you hyperactive.

From my perspective, you're a very active player and you help out other citizens when in need, but right now, I don't see you trying to resolve any issues or conflicts that Meepcraft has. I'm also pretty sure you don't know most of the issues that the server has at the moment. Unless you prove to me (and other players) that you ARE a hardworker and you are determined that you can improve Meepcraft's community and makes the mods' lives much easier here, my vote will stay as it is.

This isn't really much of a weakness, first off. Many weaknesses can go from Maturity to Activity issues or school and so on. Some weaknesses, just from your attitude, can be maturity, anger, activity...

Overall, the application was OK, but from what I've broken down, my vote is at a -1.

-1 for now, like what everyone else is saying: you're very nice, but I feel that you are too immature and inexperienced to be part of the staff team. Work on your playtime is my suggestion.

ima be a -1 unfortunately. Your intro had some info about your a actual life, but minimal. It is the opposite as my app. Min doesn't have.much real, yours is all. Also, there is almost no possible way that any 15 year old or newer high school people could get so much time in weekdays unless you have no schooling, no he ever or are a bad student no offense. Sry

 

I read and write applications for staff (or any job, for that matter) with the thought that the application represents who the writer is as a professional. Unfortunately, this application is sub-par. It contains multiple spelling and grammatical errors.

I believe you are a nice person, but there are many nice people on the server. Nothing that you told us puts you apart from the rest of the crowd.

Get your name out there, become involved, and be helpful! Opinions can be changed.

-I think enough players have already stated all you need to know on applications and activity, so I'm not going to harp you on that.
-You're rash. When I see a not-so-good conversation happening in chat, sometimes you add flames to the fire.
-You're nice to your friends, but I don't see you going out of your way to meet new players in a friendly manner. Get yourself out there a bit more.
-I've seen a bit of begging come from you. Before you had VIP, that was a big thing you pouted about. I don't think this looks very good.
