    On @Dawn's application, you are targeting him, and showing signs of immaturity and such. Put your input on his application, don't put 3 comments and just try to convince people to not support him. It's an application, not a debate. I don't see you being a good staff member at this time. If you do very serious improvement and wait awhile, you could have a good shot.
