What if I have a 13 plot estate?

 

Could I ask of you for a renovation of my current Modern house? It still needs that extra touch for it and you may be the person for the job. It's a 4 plotter and I'd greatly appreciate your help

 

Alright, in-game you said you would like the Smart House* features added. This includes automatic indoor lighting, hidden rooms, and solar powered lamps with pool functionality. Considering it is 6 plots, a modern mansion, incorporates redstone machinery, and that I will be supplying materials, I would like to say your build would be between 2,000,000 and 3,000,000. It does seem like a lot, but I can promise you that the quality of this house will be extraordinary. I will be making a prototype design of the mansion in my singleplayer and I will share the pictures to ensure you are satisfied before in game construction.

I finished the build in singleplayer. It is a 2 story, 6 plot modern mansion with a secret room, piston door, and light activated outdoor lamps. I also added a lava feature in the front of the house which can be toggle on or off from inside. I won't be doing interior design because in all honesty, I will completely screw that up. I suggest finding someone else to layout the rooms and furniture on the inside. However, I will separate the bottom floor from the top one.

I can make automatic farms of melon, pumpkin, wheat, carrot, sugarcane, etc. A 1 plot modern mansion would cost 100k if I supply materials, and 25k if you provide materials.

I got your new house ready and built in my singleplayer. If you're satisfied, just reply to give me the heads up and I'll get started building it in game. Tell me if you dislike or need anything changed. Also, because of the odd shape (since it is being built around a shoreline), there are not as many redstone features present but I still managed to get some lighting and a secret room in.

 

Looking for a nice house to be built in my alpha town (/pwarp animewh/sjp).
Possibly two? You list multiple styles of building and I'd like to see the variety of building styles you can bring.
I'd prefer it not have to be built on flat land as my town has plenty of natural landscaping but if that's what's comfortable that's fine with me.
