Sounds exactly like another staff member doesn't it, can't moan at one person for it when another gets staff a day after resigning from admin on a competing server

Introduction: Hello!

My name is James. I live in the Republic of Ireland. I am currently working full time after deciding to stop going to college. I made this decision due to the fact I disliked what I was studying (Construction Management). I might go back someday, but for the moment I am happy just working.

My main hobbies and interests are; playing and watching football, rugby and golf, I enjoy playing the piano and reading. I also love going out.

I love to travel. I am hoping to go to Phuket or Sydney for a month sometime next year, as well as hopefully climbing mount Fuji with one of my good friends next summer.

Why should you be Helper? After writing out two long paragraphs and re-reading them, I decided I rambled too much. So instead I broke them down into bullet points;

Intro; I believe I would be a great addition to the staff team. I feel I can give much more back to the community that I have been a member for four years .

Experience; I was staff on Meep between October 2013 and April 2014. During this time I became a Moderator and given various different projects to work on for server events.

Work Ethic; There are two quotes that I think about everyday which I apply to everything I do, "If a job is worth doing, do it right" and "Go hard or go home". Everything I commit myself to, I give 110% everytime.

Trustworthy; I was raised to be as honest as can be.

Helpfulness; I love helping anyone and everyone I can.

Friendliness; I love people, while yes some people do get on my nerves, I remember that they are humans too and deserve equal respect.

Reasonable; every argument has two sides. I look at both sides to determine the outcome of the situation.

Overall I feel like I would be very suited as a member of the staff team.

What are your weaknesses? My main weakness is impatience. I work in a fast paced environment in my job. I am used to running around to different people to get tasks done. So I have very little patience when it comes to people acting or going slow, depending on the situation. Recently I have been improving my patience by reading more books and playing more golf.

I appreciate your comment. I'd like to mention I never "left" Meep. I selected to participate in both servers at the same time. I used to be very toxic, and I admit that. I decided to not play Minecraft for a few weeks in August. During that time I realised how toxic I had been and stopped doing so when I returned. I looked back on my actions and saw how my actions had directly upset players. I prefer to focus on the future and how I can helpful. Again, thank you for your feedback.
