Can we do this after we bring back KitPvP, Dungeons, raise playercount, fix the anticheat, bring back CTF, re-install Airship, fix economy-breaking exploits, find out how Achrow is backdooring in items, fix ip-banning, fix parkour, and add /nctoggle?

MEEPCRAFT BUSINESSES
Suggestion: The Incorporation Of Corporations I'm Meepcraft
Worlds affected:
Towny- The towns world might need to undergo some level of change to accommodate with Meep Businesses, good change that is.
Wild- For some Operations.
Skyblock- Skyblock functionality to be decided.
Idea: That we should introduce businesses to meepcraft. With additional functionality, owning your own company, or being part of one in meepcraft could be enjoyable and make paid jobs an ease.
General Information: By introducing businesses to Towny, Wild and Skyblock worlds, we can introduce a new interactive activity to meep and reduce the common strain associated with jobs, shops and more. It will cost 40,000 meebles to start a business.
A business can claim plots, have its own designated shop signs(detailed later) and can be connected to a town. Businesses will have a CEO/President(or 2), Managers, Employee's and contractors(for plot work, limited time slots). These staff members will be paid automatically per day from the Business' bank balance. Businesses can own towns too. Businesses would be far more superior to manually setting a job as payments can be easily managed and workers will be only allowed to work in a certain plot for a certain period of time, where they need to reach a quota to reach a payment). It will also benefit people who own a sign shop, where instead of all money going to one person, the signs will send money to the cooperation's bank.
This proposed system is fairly complex, so please continue.
Power Structure:
CEO: The Owner of the business. The owner or co owner of the business who has full, overriding control of all operations. These people have direct access to the business's finances, staff info and can set payment. CEO's can access all Plot Area's. To access pay roles for employee's they do /b payroll list. This will show all registered employee's and their salaries. A ceo has the option to set payment intervals per individual or OPERATION. For example, a CEO can do /b pay set <player/operation> <amount> <weekly/daily/hourly>. More CEO commands can be found in the commands section. To add a president(a co-owner) do /b president add <IGN>.
Managers: Managers are in charge of certain operations, such as operating shops, operating towns, hiring contractors and hiring/firing employee's. Managers will be assigned to a certain OPERATION. Managers cannot access finances directly but can send a /b pay req to the CEO and will be provided with an allowance, set by the CEO. To fire an employee they can do /b fire <employee> reason. To hire an employee they either can accept a request /b <employee> accept <OPERATION> or request an employee doing /b <employee> request <OPERATION>
Employee's: Employee's can build for the business, manage shops, casino's, help with towns and more. There can be multiple classes of employee(like towns) where one can build, one can access chest shops and operate them. An employee can only operate within their designated area and will get paid either on a weekly, daily, active(when they do work) basis from their pay roll. Details of an Employee's privileges with shops, etc. are shown below. Classes of employee's include: <IN THE WORKS>
Contractors: Contractors will only be allowed to work in one area. Before they are hired, a manager will do /b job <player> <payment> startContractors must stick to their allocated job and will often build. Once their job is complete, they will /b job finish. Once a manager receives a /b job finish they can /tpa to the plot where the contractor was working. When everything looks good they will do /b job <player> finish when the contractor will be payed. A contractor can work on behalf of another corporation.
Business Types: <More to come>
SMALL BUSINESS
Apon approval, a small business will have 1 ceo(or 2 co-presidents if in a partnership) and workers that work on 1 operation in a single area. These workers will be able to access all assets of the business(physical assets, not the balance) since they all operate in the same area. Upon establishing a business, trust is required.
A small business is determined by revenue. To proceed to the rank of a Medium Business and claim multiple areas, one must reach the max number of employee's and make a profit.
OPERATIONS THAT CAN BE MANAGED: ONE
AREA's AVALIABLE: ONE
CAN HAVE MANAGERS: NO
CAN HIRE CONTRACTORS: NO
MAX NO. EMPLOYEE's: SIX
MEDIUM BUSINESS
A medium business, upon approval of this proposal will have 1 Ceo(or 2 if in a 50/50partnership) and workers who work on 1 operation with multiple area's.
A medium business is determined by revenue, number of area's and the number of employee's. To proceed to the rank of a Large Business, the company must reach 10 employee's and make a <TBD> profit. Since a medium business has multiple area's, employee's can be segmented into different shops for example. This additional area functionality can increase productivity and reduce liability if pursued correctly.
OPERATIONS THAT CAN BE MANAGED: ONE
AREA's AVALIABLE: UP TO 5
CAN HAVE MANAGERS: NO
CAN HIRE CONTRACTORS: NO
MAX NO. EMPLOYEE's: TEN
LARGE BUSINESS
Has 1+ Ceo's and can handle 2 operations. However, management of these operations must be done by the CEO's at this level. These operations have multiple areas. Large Businesses have the additional functionality of hiring contractors, that do work for a limited period of time.
A large business is determined by revenue, the establishment of a 2nd operation and meeting a quota of employee's. When a business is a Large Business, it can hire a single contractor to do work or a single fellow business that specialises in building operations, a "contractor company".
OPERATIONS THAT CAN BE MANAGED: ONE
AREA's AVALIABLE: UP TO 5
CAN HAVE MANAGERS: NO
CAN HIRE CONTRACTORS: YES, ONE AT A TIME(Or one contractor company at a time)
MAX NO. EMPLOYEE's: 20 + Contractors
CORPORATION<UNDER DEVELOPMENT>
Has 1 or more CEO's with multiple managers that handle several operations. A corporation will be able to enter the Meep Stock Market, where it can have multiple owners.
NEED YOUR HELP!!!
OPTIONS: 1. Corporations have NO limits and can run as many operations as they desire.
2. Corporations have limits<list them below>
3. There are multiple tiers of Corporations, like Small, Medium and Large Businesses.
Area Information(TOWNY ONLY)
An area is a plot or set of connected plots. An area defines the privileges and status of a plot/shop/embassy and which employee's can work there. Each area will have a code(For example, /pwarp stuff as an area could be called /b <operation> <areaname(stuff)>. The CEO can set an area to be apart of an OPERATION. For example, all shops would be under the same operation and under the same management, all casino's, hostels(future suggestion) etc. An entire town can be registered as a whole area
An area will allow employee's/contractors to operate in the designated zone and not the entire business. This will prevent any unauthorised conduct by tampering with plots that their not supposed to(current problem with /res friend). To set an area do /b area <name> <operation> claim. To allocate employee's to an area do /b assign area <employee> while in it.
Summary of Area's: Area's define where an employee can work. For instance, a business might own both a town, casino and multiple shops. If an employee is to work at a shop, area will allow them to work on that shop zone but not interfere with any other businesses, casino's, shops or towns. Area's are similar to OPERATIONS in a way, but OPERATIONS limit manager privileges.
Operation Information
Operations control a certain aspect of the Business. A manager will be assigned to each operation to make sure it's successful and to manage employee status and potentially individual payrolls. Each area will be assigned to an operation, if the operation can have an area.
Operations Include:
•Shop
A shop operation can be created by doing /b shop <operationname> create. A shop operation controls all the shop aspects of a business. More information on the operation of a Business Shop is detailed below in the SHOP sub section .
•Town
A town operation can be created by doing /town claim operation. Town operations can only work on 1 town and it's territories. Town operations manage a town, residents etc. A town operation replaces the mayor with the Administrator and Co-Mayor with a councillor(a special rank of employee that can do more). Employee's at this level assume the former ranks of the claimed town<MORE TO COME>
•Gatherer
A gatherer operation gathers materials from the WILD or TRADE and leaves them at a designated collection area. Gatherer's in the operation only have 1 area, their drop off for items. They work in the wild usually.
•Builder
A builder operation consists of builders that work for other companies or towns as contractors. They get paid per job.<MORE TO COME>
•Casino
A casino operation will manage one casino for Small-> Medium Businesses, two casino's for Large Businesses and <tbd> for corporations. Staff operating casino operations will not be allowed to use slots. This is to prevent spam selling or money laundering.
•SkyCity
Skyblock Operation, <Please Leave Suggestions, I literally cannot access skyblock>
•Legal
A legal operation will handle lawsuits.<Information on lawsuits will be detailed below>
Plots
Corporations will claim plots from towns or will automatically assume plots upon the accusation or the foundation of a town. Plots owned by a business will fall under a seperate plot class called <business>. Upon the acceptance of this proposal, towns will be able to charge special % rates for the profit earned by the AREA of an operation.
Plots owned by Businesses can have a level of protection or independence from the town they are situated in. This level of "independence" is vital and necessary to stamp out any instances of<I/C>
Shops
Chest Operation
Shop Chests under a business will use the business name instead of a player IGN in the <IGN> field of the shop signs. All employee's(shop operation) assigned to the area where business sign chest shops are will be able to insert and take out items.<I/C>
Shop chests in an area owned by a business will have the functionality to automatically revert to business ownership if an employee deliberately inserts their name
Financial Management
Each shop operation will have its own seperate financial management system. This will provide a manager with access to recent sales, the popularity of items etc. <I/c>
Person-Person Trade
Person - Person trade will take place within a seperate command<I/C>
Permissions:
Finances
All money earned by a business will be "pooled" into the Business Bank. The Business Bank will hold all of the business' meebles and will distribute payments to employee's and collect earnings automatically.
Stock Market: <I/C>
Corporations will be able to enter the stock market. They will be able to either float; 10 shares;50 shares or 100 shares. Each share will represent a percent of the company's profit. Whenever a company makes 100meebles profit
LAW: <I/C>
Companies will be able to SUE each other. A lawcase can occur when
BENIFITS:
Comparisons
•Shops
Before businesses, sign shops could only buy/sell on behalf of 1 player. When 2 or more people collaborate on a shop as the system stands now, they must trust each other to distribute the earnings from 1 chest shop or set up several different chest shops. This can prove problematic due to trust and accessibility concerns since shop chests are locked

Note: I understand this is a fairly simple idea and hard to implement, I would be open to new suggestions. I just did this for fun so pls do not attack me for my suggestion(something that won't happen, cuz it's meep xD). Making this killed me, so pls don't double kill me XD
STILL WORKING ON DRAFTS AND EVERYTHING, THIS IS DRAFT 1. THERE's A LONG WAY TO GO. ANY IDEA's LEAVE THEM BELOW!!
THIS IS INCOMPLETE. LEAVE SUGGESTIONS BELOW.

Absolutely love the amount of effort put into this, it's definitely showing that this is something you're passionate about and want to implement. I like the general idea and the categories that are defined within, however I don't think this is a thing that Meep can abstain with a low player count at the moment. With 100+ players on at peak? Possibly could be considered, but right now, it's too much for our size server.

I suggested we make towny more complex for years now, had we begun back then, right now we'd be able to offer a product simply better than the other towny servers, thus a draw for population.Enron, SuperDyl, xAZN_SJx and 1 other person like this. -
Absolutely no offense meant.
1) Towny is incredibly difficult to change, and...
2) There is nobody qualified on this server to edit towny to that extent nor create such a well thought out and extensive suggestion as this.Enron, SuperDyl, Kling and 1 other person like this.
