Allow more "creativity" to creative

    As we all know, creative isn't too big of a warp considering it's just place + break blocks, I thikn it'd be nice to add a little more fun to it by allowing people to change some of your plots flags, so far we only have access to changing the biome, alias, setting the spawnpoint, and those things, but there are also flags for pvp, hunger, gamemode, fly, etc, I think it might make creative just that little bit more experimentive and fun if we allow some people to change some of the settings for their plots.

    +1 This has been the case on a few other creative servers I've worked on/played on. Everyone loved it as people used to make pvp arenas and challenging parkour maps etc. It could also fit in with the setting if you could change stuff like the weather, for example if you're making a haunted house scene you could have it thundering with lightning. I think this could be a cool feature and it wouldn't take too long to do either as it is just a few more permission nodes onto the end of a rank

    Would the pvp plots force your flight off and kill you if you are flying/wandering around creative?

    YES this is a good idea, I support it 100% also rip pvp anywhere else but whoo parkour plots? yes. pvp plots? yes.
