Why were you banned? Advertising

Why we should consider your appeal: Ok, so I am dwarfpoo, and I have an alt that changes hands quit frequently, I recently gained control of it back, and scrubbed all of the passwords and emails and security questions and replaced them with my own secure information, since the 2 main people who would use the account both moved away, and the one person who gained access to the acc. online I have contacted, I am wondering if it can be unbanned so it can change hands for the last time. A great player of meepcraft, one who has devoted countless hours, was recently hacked, after weeks of communicating with mojang they were told they couldn't get there account back, I am appealing this account so that way I can give it to them (I have set things up so I will no longer have access to the account once they have it)

Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know: now I have no idea what the account did, but I can tell you that all previous players are locked out of the account, I am now the sole person with access, and soon I will lose access forever as I am giving it away.

Your account came online and spammed "Join ***** (competing) server. I asked you to not advertise.
You said "am i banned?". Then continued.

Youre responsible for your account. That "other person" can do it again.

 

I did not own the account at that time, I understand I am responsible for my account, which is why whenever I get an account I change its emails and passwords and such. I didn't own it when it advertised, that was the previous owner. I also understand that I can't really prove this to you, and I am very sorry that an account I had access to would advertise on meep, meep has helped me through many tough times and I would never try to do anything harmful to it. I know that advertising is harmful to the server, and that it ruins the hard work of many of the people on the staff team who try and get new players. (I might also add, when I lost initial control of the account, I did report it to be banned)

 

It's been decided that we're going to give you the benefit of the doubt. That being said, and future incidents resulting from this account, regardless who owns it, will have it's banhistory considered. I'm going to personally hold both @DwarFmorf101 and @builderjunkie012 responsible to keep this on the up and up.

Don't let me have made the wrong choice.
