Introduction: Hello I'm Andrewrobins247, as you may have heard I resigned recently for the following reasons:-
-Trying to figure out my life goals
-Trying to push on with my progression at work.
-Feeling overburdened.
-Stress
-Frustration
-Illness
-too much attention. :- I don't want to be famous all I ever wanted was to be part of it all. I wanted to progress the server. I didn't want people asking for my head all the time. Feeling like I was being arrogant when I never accepted that tp request. Not answering every message because I was too busy. I tried to help the community but you can only go so far.
-Feeling as if I was a let down.
-That I wasn't putting my time into it like the others do.
-Having the aspiration to meet my goals, but I never seem to mange to get past the 90% mark.
-Lack of punctuality(main reason why I resigned was that I didn't want the black mark of demotion hanging over my head. And I didn't want to be a let down the team)
And when you are getting that thought in your head it sometimes becomes too much.
Now that you have read that you wil be thinking what has change well nothing in fact. The only thing I can offer is my free time but when I have that time I will put the effort into it.
I will give you an idea about me.
Throughout my life all my ambitions have never come to fruition. They have always attempted to get to the top of the hill and do a merry dance but I always slip at the last stride and fall back again. my life is an never ending . I live life like the country and western song 'one step forward and two steps back'. I studied for 7 years trying to become a successful illustrator, but at every turn whilst at college I was told to follow a different path. I know I had it in me but that doubt always pulled me back. Whenever I tried I was always told to do it again, that I was substandard. That I will never be good enough to tie the laces of the other students. in most cases a sad story has a happy ending but life is not always that straight forward. My life work was ripped apart and I never recovered. And that hole has never filled even till this day.
In life you cannot live without money. So I had to get a job. I became a Pot washer. All the tuition fees and living costs hammering down on me always filled me with regret and what ifs but I was forced to pursue what I could find. Whilst I made a pittance washing dishes. In the first year I finally became a Chef after training and that's what iv been doing for 7 years. In the last week I have been promoted to 2 Chef and with that my hours have been doubled. I am now expected to do 60+hours a week. over 5-6 days. This is my main reason for leaving how can you fit all this in?. The answer is I wont. But I aspire to not give up on this and dedicate as much time as i can. I want to stop the regret and what ifs. I don't want to give up, I want to start fulfilling my potential. I want to show what I can do. I want to be what I want to be.
Everything comes at a cost though.
If I got accepted it would have to be noted that I cannot be on much, although I intend on being on as much as my time allows.
Do you have ten different builds to show. I have lots of builds but most have been destroyed so I only have what's left and that of my arch days I apologise.

Plus in light hearted mood I miss Reggles imgur spam.

Why should you be Architect? when you think of architects you automatically ask can this person build, but when it comes to being an architect you have to remember its not as straight forward as this. There are many different aspects involved in being an architect.
-Persistence - Can you keep building to the end?
As I have said at the start I tend to sway a bit towards the 90%mark. The fact I have so many builds in the arch world yet I have only released about 3-4 in 6months shows this.
Briefs:- Can you complete a brief?
When it comes to briefs we know it might be more than you can handle. And when it comes to that, you have the team in place to give you guidance. when you have people like Oldchopper and Candy around you will always be fine!
When you are given a task of go out there and build something incredible. You need that talent there to brainstorm ideas. I don't particularly have that, but my technique is different I just build and the idea comes. And in the end I'm amazed at what I can achieve.
Teamwork:- As some of you know the arch team don't generally use Ts that much, but when we do we become a unbreakable unit. One day I got tp'd to a little old map called kitPVP. Where Reggles and (Castro? or Klutch? sorry been a while although in the end both were working hard in it also candy and old helped towards the end) were hard at work building a wall. At this time I was new to the arch team and I wasn't confident at all with WE or Voxel, I was asked to help with the mountain range around the map. In a way I felt as though I was going to embarrass myself which I kind of did because Reggles mountains far outshone mine. (not kissing butt, this was true). I thought I was only there as a bit part player just getting asked for my views and such but they let me in. I felt part of a team and that team created the kitpvp map we have today. Its not the greatest map in the world but its still pretty amazing and if that team didn't get put together we would never had a finished product like that.
Buildings: Can you build buildings? In some cases yes. I'm not amazing at building, my talents lie elsewhere I will never be a 0zblox a Marshallmathers a Oldchopper but that wont stop me putting my all in. I sometimes end up with a half arsed product but the team are always there with feedback. Which I appreciate even if that feedback is harsh. My trial build for my 'Titans lair airship map' was delayed by 2 weeks due to feedback but it was better because of it although a little large.
Interior : This has always been my biggest issue. I enjoy building the outside of buildings so much that when it comes to the interior I'm all out of ideas. You have to be very talented to make use of large spaces and if anyone out there is very good at this sort of thing don't feel shy about giving me advice. 'we are all learning nobody is perfect!'
Large scale: I feel this is one of my strongest points. The trouble is I keep going. I have created a map which has taken me about 500-1000 hours and it will never be released as its just too flipping big!.
Good block knowledge: I have an ok block knowledge but that is something I strive to push on with.
Motivated: I'm motivated sometimes but when I am motivated I spend whole days building. The current laser map was built in 2days? and I was awake for 36hours due to me building part of a map and the lobby to go with it. And kudos to Reggles and Klutch who also stayed up all night that day.
Activity: Again this is something that will always be subject to work. If I didn't work things would be so much different.
Staff qualities: I manage a team in real life so this is not a problem at all in fact I'm a little to strict.
The ability to do something you don't want to do? - This can be a thing that concerns me. if I feel that another arch could do this task to a better standard I will hide in the background until they have decide if they want to take the task first.
Inconsistency: will your work remain at a high standard. In the tutorial of /warp tutorial there is a big gulp in quality between the builds. This was due to me rushing them and its been a disappointment. If I could do it again I would!.
Indecisive: This has always been a problem throughout my life.. What do you want to do today..(a) anything What do you want to eat today Andrew (a) anything. This has always been the case and it is why I am always asking for feedback which can be a burden for other staff.

All in all I'm a talented builder and I want to make up for my mistakes and when it comes to that there is no better motivation!

I may be being a little harsh but its done because I know I can achieve more.

How much experience do you have using Voxel and Worldedit? I have used both for 6months.
