Introduction: I have noticed all of the mods/helpers (except SirrPig) have been focused on kicking people for big stuff like hacking and major towny thief. And when they do kick someone for language, he was swearing in Shout chat. People nowadays are spamming and swearing in local chat, because a mod has to be close to them to hear them. When i log on to the server, i move from boomo (where people are mad they got killed) to towns, to spawn, to Halo, and to even skyblock. This way, i see a lot of rulebreakers, so i take a screenshot, and post it on the forums.

Why I should be Helper: If i were a helper, I could kick people when i see them breaking the rules, instead of waiting for a mod on the forums to see it, and then punish them.

Weaknesses: I'm only on on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I might be on Monday nights, maybe not. I'm not at all on during the week because of school, so I'll be on only on weekends.

Conclusion: I have some strengths. I won't just kick/ban for major things, I'll kick for small offenses and leave the bigger ones for the mods. My weakness is I won't be on a lot. I hope to be a helper soon. One more thing, I'm super good at halo. These Screenshots are both from 12-25-13.

 

Another thing I could do if i were a Helper is shut down the stupid/bad threads on the forums.

 

Unfortunately, Skype and Teamspeak are both requirements to get a staff position.

• The why section should be the longest part in the app
• TS, Skype, and a mic is REQUIRED
• In your conclusion "I don't kick/ban for major things" all staff have to be prepared to kick / tempban / ban anyone who disobeys the rules.
• You're also new to the forums
• um, your age is 53??? but in your app you say your 14...
• TBH i dont really care if you're good at meep halo..

Denied. Skype, Teamspeak and a functional microphone are required for a staff position.

Also, you should reflect on what is said above, before reapply in no less than two weeks.
