Denied Banned again

I got temp banned before this for harassing tasmiki and Deinen0 told me to not msg tasmiki or spam him in anyway /tpa...... I was in a town and I saw him I went up to him and pressed shift and left then reggles44 bans me. Please unban me I didn't do anything against the rules. If pressing shift in front of people is against the rules then I wont do it again.

You were told go nowhere near Tasmiki and you did exactly that.

 

When we say don't harass him it means keep away from him because if he says you are harassing him you are. Its like when someone gets a restraining order. It doesn't just mean don't go near them it means don't get involved with them in anyway. Tasmiki said you were harassing and didn't want you there so you clearly didn't care for the previous warnings.

Ssj2yamcha the harasser doesn't decide if he is harassing or not. Its the victim who gets to say I'm being harassed. To be frank the last ban should have been perm but since it wasn't this one will be.

So, this is my version of events:
Ssj2yamcha came to the town for some reason, it could have been for TAC's advertisements for the casino of the town. He went to TAC and saw me standing next to some quartz. He came up next to me and started doing the shift thingy in my face, in an attempt to piss me off. He then went to the door, when I /msgd Reggles 'Tp to me' and 'This is hilarious'. He does not have a clue of the situation, and he asks me too have some basic infromation on what just happened. I said Ssj has come back for the FIFTH time after being told not to harass me, and he bans him. That was my side of the story, feel free to debate about any part of it.

 

As I've said a couple times already its up to Tasmiki to decide wether it was harassment not you. So Tasmiki can you just say clearly was it harassment or not?

 

It was definitely harassment.
