Buying access to an iron farm

I am willing to pay up to 250k for access to it, let's just say that since my wood mansion for my megafarm town got transferred to another player and then they got wiped I lost a lot of stuff....including over 500 hoppers and a half a large chestful of iron blocks, and a ton of other important stuff. And I'm trying to get that iron back to make hoppers, along with making a wood farm.

If you want to sell me access I just want pictures of it first, that is all.
